Description

The B&B Villa Cini is located in the Marche region, in the Province of Pesaro-Urbino, a short distance from the historic center of Urbino, in a panoramic area along the Provincial Road that connects Urbino to Colbordolo, called "Viale Raffaello e Rossini". It is easily accessible by both car and public transportation. In 2013, it was skillfully renovated and offers guests a peaceful and welcoming environment, with three comfortably furnished rooms of different types. It has a spacious kitchen and common area, with a fireplace and TV, where guests can have breakfast. During the beautiful season, breakfast can also be enjoyed on the veranda. The B&B is surrounded by a large garden, where guests can relax in the shade of the pine trees, and by spacious terraces with tables, chairs, and sun loungers. Immersed in the green valleys of Montefeltro, it is in a strategic position for cultural, naturalistic, and food and wine itineraries.

Here, you will have the opportunity to spend a stay dedicated to complete relaxation, dedicating yourself to reading, cycling or walking excursions, and cultural visits. In fact, in a short time, you can reach both the Adriatic coast (Fano, Pesaro, Rimini, Conero, etc.) and the heart of the Marche Apennines (Carpegna, Monte Nerone, Monte Catria, Monte Petrano, etc.), as well as places of artistic and cultural interest (Urbania, Sassocorvaro, Gradara, San Leo, San Marino, Gubbio, Furlo, Frasassi Caves) and food and wine destinations (Acqualagna, Lunano, Sant'Angelo in Vado, etc.).

Furthermore, nearby there is a riding stable for horse riding enthusiasts, a mountain bike rental service for cycling enthusiasts, and a swimming pool for swimming lovers.

Conveniently located 7 minutes from Urbino, in the middle of nature, a very beautiful place. Clean room equipped with everything. The managers are very nice and helpful, good and varied breakfast. Highly recommended.

Slightly outside of the city of Urbino, still a 5-minute drive away. Close to supermarkets and shops. Also near the bus stop. Relaxing place in a quiet area. Neat and in perfect condition furnishings. Helpful and kind owner. I would recommend paying more attention to cleanliness. But overall more than acceptable. Recommended.

The bed and breakfast is located 5 minutes from Urbino with convenient parking in front of the house. The room is located in an apartment attached to the main house of the owners, adequately spacious with a bathroom and television. The cleanliness is excellent and the managers are helpful. The breakfast is varied and abundant with packaged products. I found the bathroom slightly cold but maybe I should have asked to increase the heating (I am sensitive to the cold). Otherwise, I slept very well, the house is in a quiet area and it was silent. I also appreciated the strict compliance with anti-Covid regulations. Recommended!
