The B&B Villa Cini is located in the Marche region, in the Province of Pesaro-Urbino, a short distance from the historic center of Urbino, in a panoramic area along the Provincial Road that connects Urbino to Colbordolo, called "Viale Raffaello e Rossini". It is easily accessible by both car and public transportation. In 2013, it was skillfully renovated and offers guests a peaceful and welcoming environment, with three comfortably furnished rooms of different types. It has a spacious kitchen and common area, with a fireplace and TV, where guests can have breakfast. During the beautiful season, breakfast can also be enjoyed on the veranda. The B&B is surrounded by a large garden, where guests can relax in the shade of the pine trees, and by spacious terraces with tables, chairs, and sun loungers. Immersed in the green valleys of Montefeltro, it is in a strategic position for cultural, naturalistic, and food and wine itineraries.
Here, you will have the opportunity to spend a stay dedicated to complete relaxation, dedicating yourself to reading, cycling or walking excursions, and cultural visits. In fact, in a short time, you can reach both the Adriatic coast (Fano, Pesaro, Rimini, Conero, etc.) and the heart of the Marche Apennines (Carpegna, Monte Nerone, Monte Catria, Monte Petrano, etc.), as well as places of artistic and cultural interest (Urbania, Sassocorvaro, Gradara, San Leo, San Marino, Gubbio, Furlo, Frasassi Caves) and food and wine destinations (Acqualagna, Lunano, Sant'Angelo in Vado, etc.).

Beautiful stay, Mrs. Paola was kind and welcoming, ready to respond to every need. There is so much silence for a good rest and the structure is really very beautiful and fragrant.

Slightly outside of the city of Urbino, still a 5-minute drive away. Close to supermarkets and shops. Also near the bus stop. Relaxing place in a quiet area. Neat and in perfect condition furnishings. Helpful and kind owner. I would recommend paying more attention to cleanliness. But overall more than acceptable. Recommended.

It was a fantastic stay thanks to the kindness and availability of Mrs. Paola and her excellent breakfasts, as well as the proximity to the city of Urbino. Excellent breakfast in the garden in absolute calm and tranquility. We will come back if I happen to be in the area and I absolutely recommend it.

Il bed and breakfast si trova a 5 minuti da Urbino con comodo parcheggio davanti all'abitazione.
La stanza è collocata in un appartamento attaccato all'abitazione principale dei proprietari, adeguatamente spaziosa con bagno in camera e televisione. La pulizia è ottima e i gestori sono disponibili.
La colazione varia e abbondante con prodotti confezionati.
Ho trovato leggermente freddo il bagno ma forse avrei dovuto chiedere di aumentare il riscaldamento (sono freddolosa).
Per il resto ho dormito benissimo, la casa è in una zona tranquilla ed era silenziosa.
Ho apprezzato inoltre il rigoroso rispetto delle norme anti-covid.
Consigliato!
