Description
B&B Ancona is an apartment on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a historical building which underwent a complete restoration in 1985. It is set on the very center of Ancona, right in the middle of the shopping area and a few meters from the University of Economics.
The main square, Piazza Cavour, is just around the corner. The square is the mian hub for urban and regional buses.
Every morning except Sunday, a very interesting fashion market is held on the parallel street.
Available to our guests is a wide bedroom (15 sq. mt.) which can accomodate 3 people. Divided by a wooden wall there are adouble bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (80x190 cm.). The NON en-bathroom is private (exclusive use of the guest).
Guests are allowed to enjoy the living room and the kitchen for self-catering. Wi-Fi available for free.
RULES OF THE HOUSE
-It is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the building stairwell. There are no balconies therefore smokers who are not willing to smoke outside are kindly invited to book elsewhere.
-According to the Italian law, all guests must be registered at the check-in and records must be immediately communicated to the local police department. For this reason we can not accept guests who can not provide a valid ID document with picture.
- Payment is only by cash on arrival. Local taxes are 0. 50€ per person per day and are charged separately.
- Guests who use the kitchen to prepare meals must wash up and clear the kitchen immediately after each meal. Waste sorting mandatory!!
- Sorry, we do not host pets and children under 12.
We offer a very cosy, really clean and peaceful accomodation, suitable for a public of mature and well mannered adults who are willing to study, work or simply relax in calm and quiet environment.

I spent 6 weeks in Europe across 6 countries conducting research for a book, staying in numerous AirBnb homes, and the one person and place that stands out above all is Angie and her flat in Ancona. She is amazing. The perfect host, the perfect place. She was helpful and informative, her place provided a great location and ambiance, and her friendship immeasurable. I will be back and look forward to the day I can thank her for all that she's done, not only for my stay in Ancona but for the support in the research for my book. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist in 5 min bei der Universität oder bei einem Platz von dem viele Busse fahren. In 15min ist man an einer Badestelle. Das Zimmer ist gepflegt und die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Angela é disponibile e celere nel rispondere ad ogni esigenza dell'ospite. La posizione del b&b è centralissima, ma al tempo stesso la camera è silenziosa e accogliente. La cucina ha a disposizione tutto ciò che occorre per preparare (in modalità self-service) una buona colazione o uno spuntino. Consiglio questo b&b, in pratica è quasi come stare a casa propria!

Angela è stata eccezionale, gentile, disponibile, davvero attenta ad ogni esigenza. Casa bellissima, bagno davvero comodo e grande, pulizia ineccepibile. La casa è in pieno centro, in zona tuttavia tranquilla per il riposo notturno.
Consiglio vivamente la struttura.

Posizione centrale, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione con i mezzi pubblici. Struttura molto bella e confortevole, ben tenuta e pulita. Anche la proprietaria molto gentile.

Bellissimo, curatissimo, silenzioso, nel centro storico a un passo da tutto. La proprietaria è una donna stupenda. Mio figlio inizia l'Università ad Ancona e quando andrò a trovarlo questo B&B sarà il mio unico punto di riferimento!
