B&B Ancona is an apartment on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a historical building which underwent a complete restoration in 1985. It is set on the very center of Ancona, right in the middle of the shopping area and a few meters from the University of Economics.

The main square, Piazza Cavour, is just around the corner. The square is the mian hub for urban and regional buses.

Every morning except Sunday, a very interesting fashion market is held on the parallel street.

Available to our guests is a wide bedroom (15 sq. mt.) which can accomodate 3 people. Divided by a wooden wall there are adouble bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (80x190 cm.). The NON en-bathroom is private (exclusive use of the guest).

Guests are allowed to enjoy the living room and the kitchen for self-catering. Wi-Fi available for free.

RULES OF THE HOUSE
-It is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the building stairwell. There are no balconies therefore smokers who are not willing to smoke outside are kindly invited to book elsewhere.

-According to the Italian law, all guests must be registered at the check-in and records must be immediately communicated to the local police department. For this reason we can not accept guests who can not provide a valid ID document with picture.

- Payment is only by cash on arrival. Local taxes are 0. 50€ per person per day and are charged separately.

- Guests who use the kitchen to prepare meals must wash up and clear the kitchen immediately after each meal. Waste sorting mandatory!!
- Sorry, we do not host pets and children under 12.

We offer a very cosy, really clean and peaceful accomodation, suitable for a public of mature and well mannered adults who are willing to study, work or simply relax in calm and quiet environment.

For me, the bed & breakfast is not just one of the many accommodation options available today. It is the opportunity to have a local contact in the place where you are staying, whether it be for vacation, work, study, or health reasons.

In the hyper-technological era of digital advancements and depersonalization of services, I believe it is necessary and important to recover and defend the direct human relationship between people.

That is why I prefer to communicate in a traditional way (via phone or email) with guests, starting from the booking phase up until the check-in, which I always personally take care of.

To create a better world, it is not necessary to perform great heroic acts, but rather small daily attentions that can make a big difference for those who receive them. My mission is to make my guests' stay easier and free from small anxieties.

Naturally, I ask for civilized and polite behavior in return, respecting others' property and neighbors.

Angela is helpful and quick to respond to every guest's need. The location of the Bed & Breakfast Ancona is very central, yet the room is quiet and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare (self-service) a good breakfast or snack. I recommend this Bed & Breakfast Ancona, it's almost like being at home!

Beautiful, very well-kept, quiet, in the historic center a stone's throw from everything. The owner is a wonderful woman. My son is starting University in Ancona and when I go to visit him, this Bed & Breakfast Ancona will be my only reference point!

The location is very good. You are in 5 minutes at the university or at a square from which many buses depart. In 15 minutes you are at a bathing spot. The room is well-kept and the hostess is very helpful.
