The Bed and Breakfast San Benedetto del Tronto is located in a strategic location within easy reach, thanks to the dense network of practicability. Recently renovated is sophisticated and comfortable. Guests will find three cozy rooms and equipped with all comforts. With us you will spend a period of time immersed in the peace and tranquility treat yourself to days on the beach, just a few minutes by bike, moving freely. Possibility to park along the street. We are located in an area well served we have nearby: shopping center, pharmacy, banks, ice cream parlor, restaurant, pizza, etc..

The rooms are en suite with shower multifunction kit complete with bathroom with: hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, the gene paper towels: towel large, face and guest. The rooms are also equipped with a balcony, free Wi- fi, heating, ceiling fan and adjustable. The price includes Italian breakfast: tea, coffee, barley coffee, herbal teas, fruit juices, milk, yogurt, cereals, pastries, biscuits, cake, pie, muffins, plum cakes all made in house. Possibility to use the kitchen on request. Cleanliness of the room and the bathroom daily. Full freedom of movement and no time constraint. Our guests will have the keys of the house to be autonomous, behaving in an appropriate and respectful towards other guests. Free shuttle bus to the station upon request with advance notice. Since 1999, recognized the blue flag with the star recognition that is given to the coastal resorts that meet certain criteria: bathing water, cleaning the beach, the service, etc.. THE district provides recreation opportunities between: festivals and events cultural, gastronomic and folk in the many surrounding villages, just a few minutes. We are only three minutes from the sea, from the Palace of Sports, the Palariviera, University of Camerino, athletics track, Stadium Riviera delle Palme, the railway station of Porto d'Ascoli. Six minutes from the A14 motorway, train station of San Benedetto del Tronto, dall'0spedale civil Madonna del Soccorso clinical Stella Maris and Marina.
In just a few kilometers you can reach very quaint and scenic hill towns.
In just 80 minutes by car you can visit the Gran Sasso mountain, Castelluccio, in less time even Colle San Marco, the mountains of Málaga, etc. Amateur.

The property is located inland (the seafront can be reached by car in 6 minutes) but still has a sea view. The area is extremely quiet. We stayed in the Orchidea room: perfect cleanliness and equipped with all comforts. Bathroom with hydromassage shower. The owner, Antonella: unfortunately it is not possible to give more than 10, but I would give her my highest praise without hesitation. I hope to return to that area and will definitely stay there.

Very kind and friendly hosts, lovely people with whom to gladly exchange a few words, super clean, cozy, well-maintained rooms and common areas, each room has a little balcony, a fridge, and a coffee machine. Can't wait to go back!

We had a great time. The owners, especially Mrs. Antonella, were very kind, pampered us, and made us feel at home. Very helpful in giving us all the necessary information. Our room was always fragrant and clean every day (something that is not common in all B&Bs), abundant breakfast, a pity that everything is packaged due to Covid, but good. The room was quiet and peaceful, a nice shower, only the sink is a bit small. Everything very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed from August 15th to 25th in this B&B, with my husband and my 2 children. Antonella is simply fantastic. Excellent reception and abundant breakfasts with homemade cakes. Just a pity for the uphill climb before reaching the B&B, which is tiring to do by bike. Very close to the sea. Possibility to use the kitchen. Very quiet place. I recommend it to everyone.

Antonella is a superb host, she has golden hands and prepares divine breakfast pastries. The rooms are very clean. Maximum availability from Antonella and Silvio. Experience worth repeating, I recommend it. B&B San Benedetto del Tronto is a 5-minute bike ride from the sea.

It was wonderful staying with Marinella and her daughter. They attended to me lovingly from my arrival until the end. They also gave me space to have my own time. They helped me make my overall stay pleasant. Both the place clean and nice and the support to make me feel at home by letting me use their kitchen, telling me where to buy groceries, and even lending me the bike to move around more easily. Overall, it was a delightful experience. I highly recommend it.

My partner and I stayed at B&B San Benedetto del Tronto on two occasions and both times were more than special. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, the bathroom comfortable, all in a quiet building; ideal for resting after a long journey. The cherry on top is the very kind Mrs. Antonella, always available, and her fabulous homemade breakfasts, delicious. We can't wait to come back; highly recommended.

Excellent recently renovated B&B, Mrs. Antonella was extremely helpful and kind. From San Benedetto city, it is necessary to move around with a means of transportation, but in the surroundings, there is everything you need and the sea is not far away. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the breakfast is also excellent with homemade pastries. B&B highly recommended, if I happen to have a weekend in San Benedetto again, I would gladly come back.

Beautiful rooms, very clean and very modern (I loved the shower), the location is good and the owner helped us a lot with rides etc.. The price is quite good and the breakfast is fantastic, there is everything. As far as I'm concerned, the landlady was an angel and the room a paradise.
