Description
The Bed and Breakfast San Benedetto del Tronto is located in a strategic location within easy reach, thanks to the dense network of practicability. Recently renovated is sophisticated and comfortable. Guests will find three cozy rooms and equipped with all comforts. With us you will spend a period of time immersed in the peace and tranquility treat yourself to days on the beach, just a few minutes by bike, moving freely. Possibility to park along the street. We are located in an area well served we have nearby: shopping center, pharmacy, banks, ice cream parlor, restaurant, pizza, etc..

The rooms are en suite with shower multifunction kit complete with bathroom with: hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, the gene paper towels: towel large, face and guest. The rooms are also equipped with a balcony, free Wi- fi, heating, ceiling fan and adjustable. The price includes Italian breakfast: tea, coffee, barley coffee, herbal teas, fruit juices, milk, yogurt, cereals, pastries, biscuits, cake, pie, muffins, plum cakes all made in house. Possibility to use the kitchen on request. Cleanliness of the room and the bathroom daily. Full freedom of movement and no time constraint. Our guests will have the keys of the house to be autonomous, behaving in an appropriate and respectful towards other guests. Free shuttle bus to the station upon request with advance notice. Since 1999, recognized the blue flag with the star recognition that is given to the coastal resorts that meet certain criteria: bathing water, cleaning the beach, the service, etc.. THE district provides recreation opportunities between: festivals and events cultural, gastronomic and folk in the many surrounding villages, just a few minutes. Six minutes from the A14 motorway, train station of San Benedetto del Tronto, dall'0spedale civil Madonna del Soccorso clinical Stella Maris and Marina.

Very kind and friendly hosts, lovely people with whom to gladly exchange a few words, super clean, cozy, well-maintained rooms and common areas, each room has a little balcony, a fridge, and a coffee machine. Can't wait to go back!

We had a great time. The owners, especially Mrs. Antonella, were very kind, pampered us, and made us feel at home. Very helpful in giving us all the necessary information. Our room was always fragrant and clean every day (something that is not common in all B&Bs), abundant breakfast, a pity that everything is packaged due to Covid, but good. The room was quiet and peaceful, a nice shower, only the sink is a bit small. Everything very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ho soggiornato dal 15 al 25 agosto in questo B&B, con mio marito e i miei 2 bambini. Antonella è semplicemente fantastica. Ottima accoglienza e colazioni abbondanti con dolci fatti in casa. Peccato solo la salita prima di arrivare al B&B che risulta faticosa da fare in bicicletta. Mare vicinissimo. Possibilità di utilizzare la cucina. Posto molto tranquillo. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Antonella è una padrona di casa superlativa ha delle mani d'oro prepara dei dolcetti per la colazione divini. Camere molto pulite. Massima disponibilità da parte di Antonella e Silvio. Esperienza da rifare. Lo consiglio. B&B a 5 minuti dal mare in bicicletta.

Fue maravilloso quedarme con Marinella y su hija. Me atendieron amorosamente desde mi llegada hasta el final. Mientras también me dieron aire para que tuviera mi espacio y mi tiempo. Me ayudaron a que mi estancia en general fuera placentera. Tanto el lugar limpio y lindo como el apoyo para sentirme como en casa dejándome usar su cocina, diciéndome dónde comprar despensa, y hasta prestándome la bici para moverme más fácilmente. En general fue una experiencia deliciosa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

La mia compagna ed io ci siamo fermati al B&B San Benedetto del Tronto in due occasioni ed in entrambe è stata un'esperienza più che speciale. Le camere sono comode e pulitissime, il bagno confortevole il tutto in un palazzo tranquillo; l'ideale per riposarsi dopo un lungo viaggio. La ciliegina sulla torta è la gentilissima signora Antonella, sempre disponibile, e le sue favolose colazioni fatte in casa, buonissime. Non vediamo l'ora di potervi ritornate; consigliatissimo.

Ottimo B&B da poco ristrutturato, la signora Antonella è stata disponibilissima e gentilissima. Da San Benedetto città è necessario muoversi con un mezzo, ma nei dintorni c'è tutto ciò che serve ed il mare è poco distante. Le camere sono belle e pulite ed anche la colazione è ottima con i dolci fatti in casa. B&B veramente consigliato, se dovesse ricapitare un fine settimana a San Benedetto ci tornerei volentieri.

Bellissime camere, pulitissime e molto all'avanguardia (io ho amato la doccia), la posizione è buona e la proprietaria ci ha aiutato tantissimo con passaggi ecc.. Il prezzo è abbastanza buono e la colazione è fantastica, c' è di tutto. Per quanto mi riguarda la padrona di casa è stata un angelo e la camera un paradiso.
