The B&B La Magnolia offers a vacation surrounded by nature and only 2 minutes walk from the sea, so the opportunity to relax in the countryside but with all the facilities at hand, it is located only 5 km from the town of Fano and beaches and only 200 meters from a shopping mall with a supermarket, newsagents, shops and bus stop.
The feature that sets it apart is the large garden-park with flowers and fruit trees surrounding the house, furnished with barbecue, tables, chairs and sun beds for guests.
The B&B consists of a large detached house, recently restored, they have been obtained different arrangements of accommodation to meet all needs, it has both large double bedrooms all independent, private bathroom and TV (and the possibility of adding beds) available, of which there is a large kitchen, both of independent studios have a kitchenette.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The B&B is finally equipped with fenced parking and free wife for guests.

We stayed for six nights. Besides the proximity to a highway fifty meters away, hence noise 24/7, the stay went well. Kind owners. Room found clean, but not cleaned even once in the following days. The trash bin was not even emptied. Nonetheless, pleasant stay.

At the Bed & Breakfast La Magnolia we had a great time, like at home. Norgia and her husband are excellent hosts, kind and welcoming. Our room was very large and clean, equipped with every comfort. We recommend this solution to everyone for a holiday in Fano and surroundings.
