Located just a 5-minute drive from the coast and its famous beaches, B&B Ines welcomes you with spacious and air-conditioned accommodations. You can enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the building and have a rich daily breakfast in the shared kitchen.

The rooms, featuring terracotta floors, wooden furniture, and brightly colored iron beds, offer a comfortable environment. You will find a safe to store your valuables, free Wi-Fi, a table with chairs to relax, and an LCD TV with satellite channels. The private bathroom is complete with toiletries and a hairdryer.

The property has private parking and a large 100 sqm outdoor garden where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. We are also happy to welcome your four-legged friends, please inform us of their presence at the time of booking.

My name is Michela, I am the mother of two little girls and I manage the B&B INES.

They are a simple and natural person, I like to cook and make cakes and the B&B gives me a chance to try to do my sweet to all our guests. Other comments in regards to who I do not do them, will be the guests to discover that person is.

Surrounded by greenery, about 800 meters away from the historic center of Potenza Picena.

A 5-minute drive from the sea, it is the perfect combination of beach and countryside.

Immersed in the silence, surrounded by the green hills of Potenza, the B&B Ines is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and forgetting the stressful daily routines.

Heading towards the center, you will find a Punto SMA supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery, a pastry bar, and various churches, such as the Church of the Blessed Virgin of the Snow and the Church of the Blessed Virgin of Grace.

Heading towards the sea, you will find the Sanctuary of San Girio along the road.

Our city boasts an association called "WILD WORLD," which aims to introduce and appreciate animals that are not always possible to encounter, teaching adults and children how to respect them even in their natural environment.

A must-see is the Villa Giardino Buonaccorsi: located on top of a hill, in a panoramic position, the complex is a precious gem nestled among the lush hills of one of the most beautiful areas in Italy. The eighteenth-century (1720) garden is structured into five terraces.

Perfection exists, now we know it and we found it in Potenza Picena. We would have stayed much longer for the type of treatment received, for the discretion of Mrs. Mihaela kind and present to immediately satisfy the requests. Enchanting place where we will turn again for our short escapes to the sea.

If you want to enjoy the sea but return to a quiet place in the evening, this is the place for you. It is indeed located 10 minutes from the Adriatic coast, but here you sleep in the silence and peace of the Marche hills. The hosts are very helpful, abundant breakfast well organized by Michela, who leaves everything available to guests who in the morning prepare what they desire. Thank you very much for making us spend a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location to visit the surroundings, we stayed there in the just ended week, a few minutes from the sea, beautiful view, the structure is well-kept, clean, abundant breakfast, a truly relaxing place. The owners Mihaela and Nazzareno are very nice, we already miss the chats we had! Highly recommended place.

Beautiful structure, clean and tidy about 10 minutes from the sea. The managers are very kind and helpful and breakfast is plentiful. There is a fridge available, very convenient for keeping drinks cool.

Managed by kind and educated people, a place in continuous evolution, a characteristic that is evident in every aspect of its management. New, very clean, for those who decide to travel by motorcycle it is the ideal place because it's a few steps away from the main points of interest in the Marche region, but with the advantage of having motorcycle parking inside. If I were to come back to those parts, I would definitely return. Thank you very much for the hospitality. Matteo.

I had a great time, beautiful renovated farmhouse, very clean, spectacular area among the hills, excellent climate, varied and abundant breakfast, fridge available. Mihaela and her husband are exceptional and make you feel at home, maximum availability for any need. Private parking, well-kept garden, less than 30 km from the beautiful beaches of Conero, excellent solution to visit the villages, a few km Montelupone, Recanati, Loreto and the other beaches of Marche. But what makes it a unique structure, is that all around is full of huge sunflower fields and lotus flower ponds. If I return to Marche, also thanks to the excellent value for money and the tranquility that is breathed, I will definitely stay here again.

Property located a few kilometers from the sea, in a hilly area surrounded by greenery. Bright rooms, excellently furnished with an outdoor space to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the place. Excellent breakfast. Mrs. Micaela is a great, friendly host. I highly recommend it to everyone and really hope to go back soon.

Abbiamo appena terminato la nostra prima vacanza nelle Marche, ho trovato su internet questo grazioso B&B, le recensioni erano positive, e così non ho esitato a prenotare. Scelta più giusta di così non potevamo fare, la signora Michela ed il marito, entrambi gentilissimi e discreti, gestiscono e curano il B&B in maniera impeccabile! La struttura, le stanze del B&B, il mini appartamento, sono curati ed arredati con gusto e pulitissimi cosa importante. Ogni una delle stanze ha il bagno privato, comodo e pulito! Se si ha la fortuna di prenotare il mini appartamento o una delle camere con giardino privato si può godere prima di tutto di una vista mozzafiato e poi di poter disporre di uno spazio in più per godere di momenti di piacere e relax quando magari non si ha voglia di uscire! La colazione sempre abbondante e varia, insomma che dire. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti! Dalle famiglie alle coppie che amano la tranquillità e la quiete! Spero di tornarci presto!

Abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di settembre al B&B INES. Michela ci ha accolto in modo molto caloroso e l'atmosfera nella struttura è molto tranquilla e rilassante, nonostante si trovi vicino al centro di Potenza Picena. Sicuramente ci torneremo in altre occasioni.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel B&B INES purtroppo solo due giorni: luogo stupendo immerso nel verde ma non lontanissimo dal caratteristico paese. B&B nuovo, ordinatissimo, pulito, arredato con gusto, costo non elevato. I proprietari sono cordiali. Le camere e il mini appartamento hanno ognuno un giardinetto indipendente. Consigli: per chi non conoscesse i luoghi non è facilmente raggiungibile, ma è ben segnalato nel paese di Potenza Picena.
