VittorioEmanuele B&B is located in the city center of San Benedetto del tronto (AP), the famous palm tree riviera, in an ideal position to reach all the main points of interest of our city.
In particular, it is 50 meters from the pedestrian area, 200-250 meters from the sea, near the Madonna del Soccorso civil hospital and a 10-minute walk from the train station.
1 km from the Villa Anna and Stella Maris Clinic.
Very close to several bus stops.
Recently renovated, it offers its guests an environment furnished in modern style, bright, climate control, air-conditioned, quiet and very welcoming.
We have a large living room, where our breakfasts are made, consisting of coffee, milk, barley coffee, fruit juices, pies and local sweets prepared with love by the owner.
A fully equipped kitchen is available on request.
We have three rooms, both furnished in a modern and functional style, with soundproof windows, air conditioning, and private bathroom.
In particular we offer our guests two quadruple rooms, consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed, with LCD TV, private bathroom, air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi.
A double room with double bed, where you can enter a third bed, with LCD TV, private bathroom, air conditioning and heating, wi-fi.
We also have an independent apartment, with exclusive outdoor court ideal for those who have pets, quadruple room with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen living room.
Laundry service available upon request.
The stay for children up to 3 (three) years is free, and a cot is available on request.
Children up to 10 years pay half.
For long stays a discount is possible, to be checked at the moment.
Our customers are welcome in a family environment where the owner, Mrs. Francesca, is at your disposal to fulfill all your requests, and to give the best possible service and offer all the right advice, so you do not forget your stay at our.

La signora è stata di una gentilezza e cortesia squisita.
Il mio compagno ed io eravamo a San Benedetto non per turismo ma per motivi sanitari.
La signora ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.
La possibilità di poter fare autonomamente una bevanda nella piccola cucina da un giudizio ancor più positivo.

Con la mia compagna e un bimbo di 4 anni abbiammo alloggiato nell’appartamento della struttura per 6 giorni.
Appartamento pulito e completo di tutto a 10 minuti dal mare a piedi.
Parcheggio vicino all’appartamento, colazione buonissima in una pasticceria a due passi.
Proprietaria gentile e disponibile.
In generale, consiglio San Benedetto per il mare, per il cibo e per le alternative comunque interessanti anche per i bimbi come il museo del mare e i molti parchi giochi sul lungo mare.

Siamo stati nella struttura per una notte e abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la posizione, la pulizia e la grande cortesia di Francesca.

Ottima posizione, pulitissimo e la signora (molto gentile e disponibile, è venuta addirittura a prendermi in stazione gratis!), fa delle colazioni stupende.
Sicuramente appena avrò il piano ferie estivo prenoto nuovamente. Poi la città è bellissima.

Sono ritornato nel mio paese natio per trascorrerci qualche giorno, e per caso sono capitato in questo B&B. Se dovrò tornare a San Benedetto del Tronto, sicuramente tornerò in questo posto.
Vicinissimo al mare, praticamente sull'isola pedonale, molto pulito, colazione super abbondante e di qualità elevata. La gestrice, persona gentilissima, mi ha fatto la torta alla ricotta.. la ringrazio ancora.
Per il prezzo che ho pagato, ed i servizi che ho avuto direi che è anche super vantaggioso come rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Sono stato con la mia famiglia in vacanza a San Benedetto del Tronto e ho alloggiato una settimana in questo B&B dove ho trovato la titolare Francesca gentilissima e disponibile. Ambiente pulito e curato (se lo dice mia moglie state tranquilli) Comodissima posizione perché si esce a piedi e si arriva il pochi minuti al corso o al mare! La mattina colazione abbondante con torte fatte in casa dalla titolare. Ambienti molto luminosi (finestre ovunque) e accoglienti. Consigliatissimo per tutti e sopratutto ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Siamo tornati poco fa da questa vacanza a San Benedetto del Tronto e abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura. Accoglienza ottima, i proprietari sono molo simpatici e la colazione abbondante. Muggia, crostate, torte, tutto casereccio e appena sfornato! Io e la mia famiglia torneremo sicuramente.

Il Bed and Breakfast rispecchia tutto ciò descritto sul sito. Ottimi rapporti con il gestore Francesca e suo fratello. L'appartamento è vicino a tutti servizi e la spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

Queste poche righe non bastano per descrivere ciò che rappresenta e ciò che è questo B&B. Solo i gestori meritano un viaggio a San Benedetto del Tronto. Ciò che viene cucinato, la pulizia, il luogo ti catapultano immediatamente in una dimensione stupenda dove ti senti a casa fin da subito. Non è facile trovare un'accoglienza così familiare in un mondo tutto sballato. Super raccomandato l'intero staff. Non una pecca, nessuna sbavatura. Solo parole di elogio che nessun dizionario tiene in serbo. Un grazie di cuore a tutti voi! Lo raccomando veramente!
