Description
A WONDERFUL CORNER FOR YOUR RELAX
In the middle of the Mediterranean scrub, a few meters from the Castle of St. Andrew, in Cupra Marittima the B&B is located in a villa with garden renovated in 2013, 500 meters from the sea.

The beach below is fine sand.

We offer to guests a beautiful open space fitted with gazebo with tables and chairs where the breakfast is served (from 8. 30 to 10. 30) and equipped with swing and beachchairs.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 10 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 9 to 5 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 4 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

"The early morning reveals the day," as the proverb says! Breakfast is the main meal of the day, so I dedicate special attention and creativity to everything I offer you.

Every day, I will bake cakes for you with apples, pears, cream, chocolate, tarts with our homemade jam, large donuts, cookies, and much more.

All made by me with simple and genuine ingredients! I will also offer you yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, coffee, cappuccino, milk, latte macchiato, tea, fruit juices.

Upon request, I can also provide a savory breakfast.

I am Alessandra and I would like to introduce you to my creation, my renovated and opened in 2013 VerdeRosa Bed and Breakfast.

I will be at your complete disposal to make you discover my country, its attractions and surroundings.

VerdeRosa Bed and Breakfast enjoys a fabulous location 1km from the sea, with all the tranquility that the countryside offers and a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea and the nearby hills.

I love cooking and I will have fun preparing homemade, simple and genuine sweets for your breakfast every day. You will not be treated as clients but as family members, I will give you the keys to the house upon arrival so you will have free access.

I stayed 10 days, welcoming family management, good quality price, for those who want it, very quiet area on a little hill, for the sea, local places and areas to visit you need a car which can be reached in a few minutes, something that for someone like me needs they accept cats. I recommend it.

Struttura ad 1 km dal mare, in luogo tranquillo e silenzioso, camera accogliente spaziosa e ben tenuta, proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Da ripetere.

Due giorni in totale relax. Camera rosa, vista mare mozzafiato. La posizione non è esattamente sul mare perché ci sarà un dislivello di 500 metri più o meno, in quanto è situato su una collinetta. Gentilissima e cordiale la titolare Alessandra, amica degli animali, che ci ha consentito di trascorrere il nostro weekend con la cagnolina oltre a farci sentire come a casa. Ottimo il ciambellone ma colazione senza scelta, né yogurt né succhi di frutta. Per le zanzare viene fornito un fornellino con pasticca per camera, tuttavia ci sono le zanzariere, tranquilli! Ottima soluzione, per chi non ha pretesa di sistemazione sul mare. Posizione strategica per mare, negozi in centro e Cupra Marittima centro storico, che abbiamo raggiunto a piedi ed è meraviglioso! Grazie Alessandra per la disponibilità!

I nostri voti dicono già tutto! Ale è una "padrona di casa"gentilissima presente e al contempo discreta. Disponibile a far sentire i propri ospiti sempre a loro agio. Il posto poi le è di aiuto dato che tutti i luoghi che ci ha consigliato di visitare sono incantevoli. Siamo felicissimi di aver scelto la costa marchigiana e di aver conosciuto Alessandra e suo marito, due persone che io e la mia famiglia considereremo d'ora in poi amici! Consigliamo a tutti verderosa. Unico neo il ciambellone fatto da Alessandra..deve farne di più perché è cosi buono che finisce subito!

Abbiamo prenotato la stanza rosa per un week-end e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. La stanza è accogliente e pulita, con una vista straordinaria sul mare. La colazione abbondante e di qualità. Il tutto accompagnato dalla gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria Alessandra che ha reso davvero perfetta la nostra breve vacanza! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Consigliatissimo. Struttura molto carina con panoramica stupenda. Accoglienza molto gradevole della Signora Alessandra, inoltre la stanza sempre in ordine e pulita, buona la colazione molto semplice. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Molto meritevole.

Ci siamo fermati 3 giorni, l'accoglienza di Alessandra è stata molto gradevole perché molto simpatica e disponibile. La nostra camera era rosa con il terrazzo vista mare, pulita e confortevole. Speriamo di tornare presto magari anche quest'inverno. Tante carezze e coccole a Chica.

Giorni meravigliosi trascorsi nel B&B Verderosa, posto affascinante! Siamo veramente felicissimi di averli trascorsi qui, con Alessandra sempre disponibile e premurosa con noi ospiti, un’accoglienza veramente eccellente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa di cari amici, e che casa, posizione strategica, vista meravigliosa, ottima colazione e ottima ristorazione, con ortaggi e frutta colti direttamente dal campo! La camera, veramente bella, con terrazzo e vista stupenda sul mare; è stata una esperienza di vero relax, anche nei giorni un po’ piovosi grazie alla bella veranda/sala lettura. Super consigliato e noi speriamo di tornarci presto! Alessandra, ancora grazie mille della tua splendida ospitalità!

Struttura molto carina e confortevole. Proprietaria simpatica e molto disponibile. Abbiamo trascorso due giorni piacevoli e tranquilli, compreso il nostro piccolo cane. Il posto sarebbe perfetto con le zanzariere alle finestre e al balcone e con l'aria condizionata. Comunque ancora un grazie ad Alessandra per l'accoglienza.

Ottimo per chi porta in vacanza con sé gli amici pelosi! Il nostro cane ed i nostri gatti sono stati accettati senza problemi. Alessandra, la proprietaria e gestrice è disponibilissima e simpatica. La posizione è tanto fuori Cupra quanto è necessario per stare tranquilli, ma abbastanza vicino per arrivare in due minuti di auto in paese e al mare. Il prezzo è accessibile e la qualità del servizio ottima.
