The photos on the website are not truthful, the place is very different, there is no wheelchair access, the kitchen is broken and dirty, not to mention the dishes crusted with dirt and, in addition to this, the owner does not want it to be used even though it is mentioned in the description. The shower is inside the room, and the shower box is also broken and dirty. The bathroom has the window glass broken, as well as the balcony of the room, the shutter is completely broken. There is no accessible terrace, nor wifi. The walls are flaking from dampness and the hanging light bulb is without a lampshade and covered in cobwebs. A place that should be closed or at least cleaned and completely renovated because at the current state, it is not suitable for hosting guests.

We stayed one night in this apartment. The only thing that slowed us down a bit was the heating because, being a large apartment, it didn't warm up. The owner should have told us to leave the radiators on because it was very cold and couldn't heat up. Thank you anyway.

Functional and comfortable, in the historic center of Ancona, convenient to move around anywhere, in the city and surroundings. Ancona is a quiet city that can be visited in a few hours. The apartment is well furnished and very clean, Riccardo, the owner, is helpful and very kind, on request he offers airport and station shuttle service.
