Very welcoming person, the room is very spacious, ideal location 1 minute from the center of Ancona, large underground parking if you can't find a spot on the street.

I had problems with my booked stay: the managers have solved with understanding and collaboration. In a period like this where the hotel industry is among the most affected, their generous gesture was a surprise. I hope to come back soon for a holiday. My compliments!

Everything was perfect starting from the availability and kindness of the owner to the excellent cleanliness, varied and good breakfast even if limited to prepackaged products, comfortable beds and a structure practically in the center. The only downside: no elevator and steep staircase, luckily only one floor! If I were to come back to Ancona, I would definitely stay at this property.

It is the second time I stay here and this time too I had a great time. Large, clean room with well-kept and modern furnishings. The breakfast is not homemade but still rich in choice. The location is ideal as it is 2 minutes walk from the center and the value for money is really excellent. Highly recommended.

The structure has an excellent location, just a few minutes from Corso Garibaldi and easily reachable. Cozy and clean house, very spacious rooms, especially the one with the private bathroom. The breakfast included in the price was very varied with gluten-free foods.

Lovely bed and breakfast, clean and tidy with all the comforts. I stayed in the small room with a very comfortable and quiet ensuite bathroom as the window overlooks the inner courtyard. Highly recommended as the quality-price ratio is excellent.

We had a great time, the property is close to the center and we were provided with a very convenient permit for paid parking. The rooms and bathroom are very clean and tidy, and the air conditioning allowed us to rest well on those hot days. The owner is really very kind and friendly. I will definitely come back here for my next visits to Ancona.

Clean, welcoming, spacious and elegantly furnished room. Optimal location. Quiet area. In a few minutes you can reach (on foot or by public transport) both the port and the city center. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. I stayed for 5 nights and felt at home. During these 5 days, the beds and bathroom linen were changed twice. Cleaning in the bathroom and room was done every morning. Additionally, the hostess even remade the beds. Every day. Angela is a caring, discreet, very kind and extremely helpful hostess. It was truly a pleasure to stay with her. Thank you again.

Excellent, central location, very kind and helpful managers. The breakfast lounge is very nice and the inner garden is appreciated, especially for smokers and for a breath of fresh air in the morning. Very pleasant structure, a stone's throw from Piazza Cavour, the pedestrian walk of Via Garibaldi and the Port of Ancona and therefore also from the splendid Teatro delle Muse.

The room, spacious and large, is perfectly suitable for a short stay. The owner of the establishment is very kind and available for any issues. Excellent cleanliness and good breakfast selection. It remains somewhat inconvenient to reach and the area inside the entrance door, poorly maintained and with unpleasant odors, not at all up to the standard of the structure that deserves much more.

Gentile Signor Emilio, nel ringraziarla per la sua recensione, colgo l'occasione per scusarmi, con lei e con tutti gli ospiti che dai primi di gennaio fino ad oggi, si son ritrovati ad accusare odori sgradevoli nella zona interna del portone d'ingresso. Purtroppo dovute a dei lavori in corso alla rete fognaria del condominio accanto. Spero vivamente che questi lavori finiscano presto e chiedo ancora scusa per il disagio. Angela.

I left after one day, and I had a great time, since I only eat fruit for breakfast the lady was so kind to always provide me with fresh fruit. I was alone in a triple room and therefore I paid a little more but if I had occupied the single room I would have had the same comforts with a very honest price for the care of the environments and cleanliness. I would gladly return if I came back to Ancona.

Posizione in centro. Interni eleganti puliti, camere ariose, comode e accoglienti. Il B&B era al completo ma la privacy di ogni cliente non è stata violata. Colazione varia e con vasta scelta. La Signora Angela molto discreta gentile e attenta alle nostre esigenze. Giustifico i due 8 la struttura esterna all'impatto non è molto gradevole e un po' nascosta. Noi siamo stati nella tripla. Non essendo in alta stagione, il prezzo un po' altino. Ma comunque torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di tutto e arrivederci.

La struttura si trova in una zona semplice da arrivare anche a piedi dalla stazione, in centro. La proprietaria Angela è super gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato le chiavi del portone in maniera che potevamo rientrare e uscire quando volevamo. La colazione era disponibile tutta la mattina e acqua e succhi disponibili tutto il giorno gratis nel frigo del salone comune. La struttura è nuova, spaziosa e luminosa. Lo consiglio e sicuramente ritornerò. Piccola curiosità: le camere hanno il nome delle stelle.

Il B&B è in una zona centrale di Ancona, a piedi si arriva in pochi minuti a corso Garibaldi; intorno il parcheggio è tutto a pagamento ma la struttura ha dei ticket a due euro che valgono dalle 10 del giorno alle 10 di quello successivo. Personale gentilissimo, camere molto pulite, c'è tutto dalla tv al climatizzatore, forniscono shampoo e bagnoschiuma; per la colazione c'è la macchina del caffè, yogurt, merendine, succo, fette biscottate e marmellata. Anche durante il giorno è possibile prendersi un caffè o quello che si vuole, senza problemi; ci sono forno a microonde e frigo a disposizione. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, lo consiglio.

Ho soggiornato 3 giorni in questo B&B e sono stata accolta meravigliosamente dalla dolce e simpatica Angela, che si è subito preoccupata di farmi mettere comoda, offrendomi un caffè e mettendosi a disposizione per qualsiasi chiarimento e dandomi tutte le informazioni, mappa compresa, per visitare Ancona e per poter mangiare, a pochi passi dall'alloggio, senza spendere troppo. La stanza è pulitissima, luminosa, comoda e dotata di ogni comfort. Il bagno spazioso, dotato, per la gioia di noi viaggiatori, di una cabina doccia, phon, asciugamani, sapone e shampoo. La stanza è arredata in stile moderno, su toni floreali, provvista di condizionatore, scrivania e tv al plasma, attaccata al muro. Nell'ingresso, spaziosissimo e dotato di divano, frigo, tv e scaffale con tutto ciò che è utile per visitare la città, è possibile consumare la colazione, scegliendo tra fette biscottate con marmellata o nutella, brioche e cornetti ed utilizzare la macchina per il caffè. Ho passato un soggiorno fantastico, in una camera poco rumorosa e potendo contare su una proprietaria discreta, ma disponibile per qualsiasi informazione o anche soltanto per scambiare due chiacchiere.

A great place to stay for a very reasonable price. The owner was so helpful and kind to us. We can't speak Italian so we talked to her daughter on the phone to understand everything about checking in (although somehow lots of mime and our limited Italian had meant we understood most things already!). Great location for exploring the older parts of Ancona. The accommodation was beautifully clean with a very modern and high spec bathroom. Breakfast is pre-packaged croissant etc, which can't be helped with the set-up of the place, but does mean you can come and go whenever you like, morning and night. The owner kindly said we could stay the whole of our last day rather than leave at the official check-out time, but unfortunately we had a morning flight to catch. This place is a few minutes walk from the the bus station including the airport bus. Thank you for a great stay.
