Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dal centro e dal lungomare, camere accoglienti e molto pulite. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e per quanto riguarda l’accoglienza del personale e la cura che hanno avuto nei miei confronti nulla da dire se non: meravigliosi.
Ringrazio il SunBeach per l’ospitalità e la pazienza che hanno avuto nell’esaudire le mie richieste, anche quelle dell’ultimo minuto.
Tornerò sicuramente e consiglierò la struttura a chiunque vorrà passare dei giorni a San Benedetto Del Tronto.

Bellissima esperienza, Luca e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto trascorrere una vacanza perfetta; sempre disponibili e gentili.
Camera spaziosa è sempre molto pulita.

L'ho scelto per visitare alcuni parenti a San Benedetto del Tronto e mi sono davvero sentita come a casa. Consigliatissimo.

Ho soggiornato qui perché dovevo effettuare un’operazione a Villa Anna.
Ottima la posizione perché mi sono spostato sempre a piedi lasciando la macchina nel parcheggio della struttura, personale bravissime persone è molto disponibile aiutandoti su ogni cosa.
Insomma lo consiglio.

Ho una certa esperienza di B&B e con tutta onestà posso dire di aver trovato una delle migliori strutture in questi anni. Il proprietario Luca è stato disponibilissimo, cordiale e gentile sotto tutti i punti di vista.
In futuro, se deciderò di tornare in quella zona, farò certamente sosta presso il Sun beach. Andateci e ne sarete completamente soddisfatti.

Proprietario gentile e disponibilissimo. Massima libertà durante il soggiorno: sembra di essere a casa propria. Ambiente piacevole e direi anche romantico. Accogliente e munita di confort. Esternamente la struttura non è delle migliori, ma al contrario all'interno. Forse dovrebbe essere curata la parte esterna. La zona è abbastanza tranquilla Nelle vicinanze sono presenti molti servizi. Ringrazio vivamente Luca, il proprietario che mi ha fatto sentire a casa mia durante il soggiorno e si è mostrato disponibile a soddisfare le mie esigenze.
