Description

The SunBeach B&B, located along the Riviera delle Palme in the renowned tourist resort of San Benedetto del Tronto, offers guests a pleasant stay, not only for summer vacations but also for work reasons during the colder months of the year. The B&B is centrally located and just a few hundred meters from the sea.

Within a few minutes, you can reach the promenade, which is equipped with numerous beach resorts, oases, and green areas with facilities for children's entertainment. At the end of the promenade, you can also admire the fishing port and the new pier, one of the most beautiful tourist attractions in San Benedetto del Tronto.

The residential area of the B&B is well connected by public transport (bus, train, and bike path), and within a few meters, there are many services available: a gym with an attached pool, bars and supermarkets, McDonald's, and pine forests with playgrounds for children.

The SunBeach B&B is located in a privately-owned house and enjoys a splendid panoramic view of the San Benedetto coastline. The property, divided into spacious and bright rooms, offers all the comforts and services necessary for an unforgettable seaside vacation.

The apartment includes two double/twin rooms named "Paris" and "London" and a suite named "New York," with the possibility of adding a crib or a single bed upon request. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a shower.

My name is Luca, I am 33 years old, and I opened this B&B in the heart of the Riviera delle Palme in San Benedetto del Tronto in February 2014.

What motivated me to make this choice? My passion for travel and years of studying in the tourism field (I graduated as a tourism expert and have a degree in training and management of tourism systems).

What else can I tell you? We await your arrival to spend a pleasant vacation by the sea and sun, immersed in the beauty of our splendid city!

Everything was flawless! The property is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes by car from the center of San Benedetto and the sea. Private parking, excellent, very spacious. The room is very large and spotless, comfortable beds. The breakfast is excellent, plentiful, served on the terrace which makes it even more enjoyable. Luca and his father were very kind and helpful. I recommend everyone this B&B SunBeach. Very spacious and new rooms. The owner is very kind. He also left water bottles in the fridge in the room. You can reach the beach with a 10-minute walk. Otherwise, you can ask if they provide bicycles. Parking is also available inside the condo courtyard.

Excellent location just a few minutes from the center and the seafront, cozy and very clean rooms. Excellent value for money and as for the reception of the staff and the care they had towards me nothing to say except: wonderful. I thank the B&B SunBeach for the hospitality and patience they had in fulfilling my requests, even those last minute ones. I will definitely come back and recommend the property to anyone who wants to spend some days in San Benedetto Del Tronto.

I have a certain experience with B&Bs and I can honestly say I found one of the best establishments in recent years. The owner Luca was extremely helpful, friendly, and kind in every way. Kind and very helpful owner. Maximum freedom during the stay: it feels like being at your own home. Pleasant and I would even say romantic atmosphere. Welcoming and equipped with comfort. Externally the structure is not the best, but on the contrary inside. Perhaps the external part should be taken care of. The area is quite peaceful. Many services are available nearby. I sincerely thank Luca, the owner who made me feel at home during the stay and was willing to meet my needs.
