B&B COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN DECEMBER 2019.
We welcome guests with the following solutions:
1) - Suite of flowers:
is the sleeping area of ??an elegant 110 sqm apartment. composed of two rooms: the sunflowers room, the tulip room and a bathroom. The sunflowers room is a double room with a bed for children, the tulip room is a quadruple with two single beds plus a bunk bed. The large and elegant bathroom with two sinks serves both bedrooms. Breakfast is taken in the kitchen located in the common area. The suite can comfortably accommodate 6 adults + one child.
2) - Chamber of magnolias:
is an elegant and comfortable quadruple room (one double bed and two singles bunk) with en suite bathroom, private entrance, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV with brand new SKY Q decoder.
The window of the room and that of the private bathroom overlook a small terrace overlooking the city. Breakfast is taken in the kitchen located in the common area. It can comfortably accommodate a family of 4 people.
3) Rose Room:
comfortable quadruple room with bathroom and separate entrance located on the ground floor of the building. It can comfortably accommodate a family of 4 people.
4) Orchid Chamber:
comfortable and charming double room with bathroom and separate entrance located on the ground floor of the building. It can accommodate up to 2 people.
In all rooms: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, HI-FI DVD dock iPhone / iPod, fridge and microwave.
The building in which the B&B is included is adjacent to the ancient Palazzo Comunale which had the honor of hosting the hero of the two worlds Giuseppe Garibaldi and in front of another noble palace from whose balcony Pope Pius XI spoke to the population.

La struttura pulita e vicino al centro. La colazione è prevista in un bar del centro, buona, ma perché non sfruttare la struttura visto che il posto ha una bella cucina. Un neo della struttura è che non ha l'ascensore e non ha parcheggio.

Posto scomodo, parcheggio distante se si è fortunati. Neanche una bottiglia d'acqua in camera, bisogna portarsi tutto. Colazione compresa al bar, buona.

La struttura è comoda al centro storico di S. Benedetto del Tronto ma purtroppo collocata con la camera da letto a ridosso di una strada molto trafficata (anche da mezzi pesanti come autobus e camion) e pergiunta di un semaforo. Purtroppo questa collocazione rende la stanza molto rumorosa anche durante la notte.
La stanza era pulita ma nel bagno erano presenti odori sgradevoli della doccia e lo scarico del lavandino era otturato (l'acqua defluiva molto molto lentamente).
Il frigobar in camera era vuoto e non erano disponibili (nemmeno a pagamento) delle bottigliette di acqua (arrivando a sera tardi e con tre bambini sarebbe stato un servizio molto gradito e riscontrato invece in altre strutture B&B che ho frequentato).
La colazione è stata usufruita con un buono di 3 euro a personae presso un bar vicino (100mt) alla struttura.
Ho segnalato quanto scritto anche a voce con il titolare del B&B.

Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla zona pedonale del centro. Il portone dà direttamente sul marciapiede su una strada molto trafficata. Stanza grande e pulita. Accoglienza ottima: abbiamo avuto bisogno di un lettino per neonato e ci è stato portato in pochissimi minuti.

Non segnalata la mancanza dell'ascensore, un problema per chi ha difficoltà.
Nel bagno rotto saliscendi della doccia.
Vista l'altezza del piatto doccia sarebbe necessario un tappetino antiscivolo.
Cassaforte presente ma inutilizzabile.
Lenzuola troppo sintetiche e materassi scomodi.
Bene la raccolta differenziata, ma sarebbe utile almeno un cestino in bagno.

Ho soggiornato una notte presso questa struttura, devo dire molto ben tenuta e curata nel design.
La struttura si trova a due passi dal centro di San Benedetto, in una posizione strategica per chi non vuole spostarsi in auto.

Buongiorno, come riferito alla Signora, l'eccessivo rumore giorno e notte, il piano terra e il non poter aprire le finestre per ovvi motivi, rappresentano i punti molto fragili, i quali avrei gradito esserne informato al momento della prenotazione, per il resto nulla da dire.

Lenzuola infeltrite e piccole. Wc sporco e non si puliva. Sul materasso peli umani. Senza colazione perché la cucina non si può usare ma non hanno neanche per fare il caffè, quindi devi uscire e andare a 500 mt per fare colazione. Una volta che esco lo decido io dove farla. Senza mini bar. Me lo ricordavo molto molto meglio. Pessima esperienza.

Gentile Signora Alessia, ci rincresce che questa volta non si sia trovata a suo agio. Dato che non è la prima volta che l'abbiamo come ospite, ne deduciamo che l'esperienza che ha avuto con noi in precedenza è stata positiva. Siamo dispiaciuti, come dicevamo, che questa volta abbia trovato delle difficoltà. Le possiamo dire che la Signora Francesca che l'ha accolta è sempre la stessa signora che ha trovato in precedenza, le garantiamo che la struttura è stata rinnovata rispetto all'anno precedente, come sono state rinnovate le suppellettili varie e la pulizia è stata fatta accuratamente come sempre. Per quanto riguarda la cucina, anche se per motivi al di fuori della nostra volontà, (norme COVID), non poteva essere usata in quel periodo, era sempre a disposizione il frigo ed i mini frigo collocati in ogni camera. Il luogo convenzionato dove avete fatto colazione è un bel bar di tendenza che dista non più di 150 metri dalla struttura in piena isola pedonale. La ringraziamo per le sue osservazioni e la preghiamo di rivolgersi alla direzione nel caso dovesse, come ci auguriamo, tornare a trovarci nuovamente. Cordialmente B&B PATRIZIO.

Struttura molto carina, camere con condizionatore pulite e fresche. Posto strategico per chi vuole unire il mare alla movida. A neanche 10min a piedi dal mare e vicino a tutti i principali stabilimenti e locali del centro dove divertirsi. Unica pecca il parcheggio che va cercato in giro. Personale cordiale e disponibile.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

I colori delle orchidee fanno da sfondo ad una camera ampia ed armoniosa e continuano nel bagno che, anche se piccolo, non manca di nulla ed é comodo. Condizionamento e sanificazione dell'aria veloce ed efficace.
Pulizia puntuale ed approfondita.
Isolamento dall'esterno buono (il rumore della strada non disturba).
Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi il centro cittá ed il lungomare.
Disponibilitá e cortesia caratterizzano la gestione.
É stato un piacevolissimo soggiorno!

B&B situato a circa 1 km dal mare, struttura molto bella e pulita, la signora che ci ha accolto molto gentile e disponibile difficile trovare posto per l'auto ma appunto grazie alla signora che ci ha dato la dritta del parcheggio a pochi metri e gratuito in certe fasce orarie è andato tutto bene.
Unica pecca se proprio si può dire è che sta proprio su una strada trafficata con un bel pò di inquinamento acustico ma devo dire che hanno ben insonorizzato le camere e quindi aria condizionata obbligatoria.

Ci siamo trovati bene. La signora che ci ha accolto è una persona squisita e molto disponibile.
Peccato per la colazione fatta in un bar, diciamo non proprio il massimo.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Si dorme divinamente. A qualche centinaio di metri dal centro. Un po' scomodo solo se si vuole visitare il lungo mare perché un po' distante. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Struttura molto accogliente vicino al centro città. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione a piedi. La signora che ci ha accolto molto gentile e disponibile. stanza piccola ma essenziale con un tavolinetto apparecchiato per prendere un the, camomilla con dolcetti appositamente predisposti. Colazione in un bar convenzionato a 100 MT circa. Unica accortezza che sottolineo: le lenzuola pulite sarebbe meglio trovarle stirate all'arrivo.
