Located in the quiet hillside town of Castellano, the B&B Oasi di Ciucani Tiziana is on the first floor of a new and modern building built in 2009 to about 3 km from the sea.

Castellano is a small hamlet of Sant 'Elpidio a Mare, province of Ascoli Piceno.

The Bed and Breakfast OASI is an apartment of 90 sqm comprising:
a double room with possibility of extra bed, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, a dining room with kitchen and TV room.

The B&B has air conditioning, floor heating and private garden.

Customers can enjoy a free outdoor parking and/or an underground garage for a fee.

For breakfast we serve coffee, milk, jam, butter, honey, biscuits, tea, chocolate, cakes and / or croissants.

Upon arrival, it is only right to produce the documents to register at the facility.

The entire stay must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The B&B is certified 'Excellencies Italian 2015' (ID 4861).

In fact, it is a bed & breakfast as breakfast is not provided (and we were correctly and significantly discounted). The room is really minimal and almost devoid of furniture, very small. On the other hand, the bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. Outside there is a small garden, where our little dog, welcomed and pampered by the owner, roamed quietly. For the needs of the occasion, it was a perfect accommodation... but if you are looking for something more romantic, well, maybe not...
