Nestled among the olive groves and gentle hills of the Marche region, the B&B La Vera Vita serves as an authentic retreat where time appears to slow down. Just a few kilometers from the picturesque town of Cingoli, known as the “balcony of the Marche” for its breathtaking views stretching from the Apennines to the Adriatic Sea, this peaceful spot was chosen by Ruud and Saskia, a Dutch couple who realized their Italian dream in June 2023.
The property is situated in one of Italy's most beautiful villages, where the atmosphere remains genuine and far removed from the usual tourist paths. Here, hospitality blends seamlessly with the stunning landscape: vineyards, sunflower fields, and cultivated hills guide visitors on a journey through nature and tradition. Days are filled with visits to walled towns, strolls along the shores of Cingoli Lake, or adventures among the sandy beaches and cliffs of Monte Conero.
At the heart of this region, every festival is a chance to celebrate the bounty of the land and the joy of living at a simple pace, in tune with the seasons and savoring local products. This spirit is what inspired the name of the B&B: here, one truly experiences “La Vera Vita. ”

Wij zijn Ruud en Saskia uit Nederland en hebben in juni 2023 onze lang gekoesterde droom waar kunnen maken. Ondertussen hebben wij veel internationale gasten mogen verwelkomen in ons warm ingerichte B&B waarvoor wij fantastische resencies hebben ontvangen. The accommodation is very clean and tastefully furnished. The guest kitchen is fully equipped and the common room is very cozy. Breakfast was varied and lovingly prepared by Saskia on the terrace. From the rooms and the terrace you have a wonderful view over the olive trees to the surrounding area. It is an oasis of calm and the friendly hosts Saskia and Ruud are happy to give tips on excursions and restaurants in the area. Whether swimming at the Lido di Cingoli, strolling through the picturesque towns of the Marche, or taking a trip to the sea, everything is possible here. Because the Marche are still very traditional, I can highly recommend it.

We stayed for only one night, but it was enough for us to appreciate the beauty and tranquility of this place, managed by Saskia and Ruud, two perfect hosts. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the cleanliness of the house. I highly recommend it. Alessandra & Karin.
