Description

In the green countryside of the Marche region, nestled in the Parco del Conero, you will find our farmhouse, where you can breathe clean air away from the daily routine and enjoy a peaceful silence.

Located just 5 minutes from the bay of Portonovo, a 5-minute drive from Sirolo and Numana to enjoy the clear sea at the foot of Mount Conero.

In addition to the sea, you can admire breathtaking views and the beauty of the Parco del Conero, with the wild scents of the forests and countryside, as well as the flavors of Marche cuisine.

Furthermore, we are only a few kilometers away from the Basilica of Loreto, the city of Ancona, Recanati where you can visit Leopardi's house, and the lesser-known caves of Camerano, Osimo, and Offagna. We are also about 45 minutes by car from the wonderful Frasassi caves.

Our rooms are equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to en-suite or exclusive bathrooms. Additionally, the rooms will be sanitized after every change of guests or every 5 days if the stay exceeds one week. Breakfast, made with local or homemade products, will be served in the garden (weather permitting) or in the spacious lounge, strictly maintaining a safe distance from other guests, in compliance with the government's anti-COVID19 regulations.

My name is Barbara, mother of two lovely children Valerio, 18 years old, and Camilla, 12 years old. My husband Maurizio helps me in managing the B&B. I am a middle-aged woman who enjoys traveling and especially loves genuine homemade cuisine. My husband takes great care of the relationships with the clients.

We have a piece of land cultivated as an orchard, and with the harvest, I enjoy making delicious and succulent jams. We also have an olive grove. I am deeply in love with my B&B, and I manage it with immense passion.

A beautiful place immersed in nature, although it is just a stone's throw from the sea (about 10 minutes by car from Sirolo and Portonovo), it is completely isolated from the chaos of the seaside towns. Immense and enchanting garden, very nice and helpful owners, rooms perfect for comfort and cleanliness. A fantastic discovery, I would definitely return here if I wanted to stay again on the Riviera del Conero.

An oasis of peace amidst the nature of Conero, in a strategic location to reach the most beautiful beaches. The landscape is spectacular and the structure is very well maintained. The two owners, Barbara and Maurizio, are exceptional people! They gave us good advice on how to get around the Conero area, in addition to delighting us with their availability and making us feel at home. Wonderful place. I went there years ago and returned because I liked it very much. I found a renewed place, but the warmth and welcome are always the same. Surrounded by the greenery of the Conero Park, just a few minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches. It is a relaxing and welcoming place, with clean rooms. I recommend it for those who love tranquility and at the same time enjoy moving for various excursions, being in a strategic location.

We spent 5 days in this magical place, close to everything (sea, restaurants, cultural sites, characteristic villages) but at the same time far from everything. It is a place immersed in nature, where to rediscover the peace that the frenetic life takes away from us a little... Barbara and Maurizio discreet and helpful hosts, the jams a delight, a curious peacock as a breakfast companion... and then... a die-hard Inter fan hosting a couple from Appiano Gentile... what can I say? Buongiorno Lisa, volevo solo sapere come fa a dare un giudizio su un posto se è rimasta solo per 2 o 3 ore facendo solo una doccia, senza aver vissuto assolutamente il B&B, e come fa a dare un voto, come per esempio alla colazione se non l'ha consumata. Dalla recensione sembra che il nostro B&B non è stato di suo gradimento. Comunque le volevo dare un consiglio prima di fare una recensione o dare voti vivete il posto poi magari dare un giudizio.

A small oasis of peace immersed in nature and managed by two very kind and helpful people. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fresh; the breakfast (both sweet and savory) was genuine, abundant, very varied, and tasty. The owner delighted us with her homemade pies, plumcakes, jam, and bread. The structure is accessed by a short gravel path and the location is strategic as it is very close (10 minutes) to the main centers of Numana and Sirolo. To come back!

Barbara and Maurizio are the top, always available, friendly and ready for any request. The location in Massignano is perfect to reach all the places of Conero in maximum 10 minutes, from Portonovo to Numana. The cleanliness is impeccable and the garden in front of the rooms very relaxing, allowing you to cool off after a day at the sea. The rooms are new and essential, the bathroom in our room, perhaps a bit small. Overall a top experience! Highly recommend for a relaxing week in the wonderful Conero.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 10 days. The B&B La Campagna del Conero is immersed in the nature of Conero, in a truly excellent position to reach all the beaches and villages that the Conero reserve offers. Breakfast is with homemade products prepared by Barbara, jams and cakes. Surely Barbara and Maurizio will know how to guide you to the places to visit, in the restaurants to eat, really kind and super helpful. We hope to return soon!

The strengths of the structure are: the modernized and very recent rooms; the natural products offered at breakfast (very sweet tomatoes and exceptional homemade jams); its panoramic and central position on the Conero promontory: it allows you to choose the beach to visit daily covering the same distance. The farmhouse is actually located in the middle of a forest, surrounded by nature. Barbara and Maurizio deserve a mention for their great passion and empathetic relational skills in their work. Located near the most beautiful beaches of the Marche and a few kilometers from major tourist attractions (Sirolo, Numana, Loreto, Recanati, Ancona, and slightly further away, the Frasassi caves), the structure allows guests to enjoy an unforgettable and, above all, indispensable vacation. The excellence of the place is further defined by the cordiality of the owning family, who welcomed us with great courtesy and benevolence. In a difficult historical period like the one we are going through, seeing so much availability, dedication, and kindness is almost moving. Upon arrival, moreover, Barbara and Maurizio will immediately make you feel at ease by providing all the information about the places to visit and giving advice on how to make the most of your holiday. Lastly, it is worth mentioning the meticulous cleanliness of the rooms and the structure (with strict compliance with current health regulations) and the genuine, plentiful, and tasty breakfast. We stayed at the B&B La Campagna del Conero for 4 nights. The property is splendid, immersed in the countryside, where you can breathe an atmosphere of absolute relaxation. The location is optimal, ten minutes from the beaches and close to the paths of Mount Conero. The owners are wonderful people, they make you feel at home and make sure you lack nothing, from the breakfast with genuine products to the advice and information about the area.

I cannot but confirm that it is a taste of paradise. Located in the countryside, it stands out for the beauty of the place and the hosts. Very close to the main beaches and larger towns, it is ideal for those who want to rest their eyes, mind, and heart, especially for those who live in the city during the year. We spent ten days of pure relaxation pampered by the countryside just 4 km from the best seaside resorts of the Conero Riviera. Excellent Marche welcome: Maurizio, Barbara and their two puppies made us feel like family. The B&B La Campagna del Conero structure is taken care of in every detail and the breakfast is varied and abundant with the exceptional company of the peacock that visits the customers every morning :) After finding out that my partner is celiac, they even organized everything so that he wouldn't miss anything at all! And believe me, that's no small thing! The shared bathroom is not a problem at all also because it is used by only 3 rooms and in addition, each room has a sink. In short, a highly recommended place to spend your holidays! A big hug to the Campagna del Conero (1800 to Maurizio from Luca, and he knows why). Sara and Luca.

We are Maria and Giuseppe, a young couple who spent 4 nights last week in this delightful B&B almost lost in an enviable natural paradise: the hills of Conero. The hosts, Maurizio and Barbara, welcomed and pampered us, making us feel almost part of their beautiful family: he takes care of the garden, the olive grove, and the many fruit plants; she decorates with taste, tidies the rooms, and prepares a breakfast with homemade cakes and pies, and jams made with so much love, like in the old days. He is sociable and fun; she is caring and reserved. Not to mention their lovely children! In short, if you want to spend a few days discovering unspoiled beaches, strolling in the green and flowery nature, admiring white cliffs and pine forests overlooking the sea, stay at B&B La Campagna del Conero!

My girlfriend and I have just returned from Conero and we are proud to have discovered this gem of a Bed and Breakfast, where we will certainly return in the future. A splendid place immersed in greenery, in the silence and relaxation of the Conero park, close to all the most beautiful spots! The room was more than comfortable, clean, and the price was very honest. And the breakfast was fantastic, outdoors and with all homemade genuine products by Barbara and Maurizio. Their hospitality was the greatest gift, a wonderful family truly passionate about their work and their land. They suggested a lot of places to visit and where to eat. During our stay, there were flocks of white butterflies everywhere. It is perfect because, despite being able to detach from everything, in 5 minutes you can reach the centers of Sirolo and Numana, which are the typical seaside villages with restaurants, stalls, and plenty of life. What makes the stay special, in my opinion, is the family that manages the B&B La Campagna del Conero, they are courteous and genuine people and this shines through in all the service, first of all the breakfasts: fresh fruit, cakes, and homemade jams. I recommend La Campagna del Conero to everyone, especially to those who love nature. We will return.

La Campagna del Conero dispels a myth. Paradise on earth exists, you just have to look for it among the green waves of Mount Conero, in the fraction of Ancona called Massignano. This B&B is a true corner of paradise in the heart of Conero, surrounded by the purest and unspoiled greenery. Rarely do you meet such cordial, friendly, and 'bright' people as Maurizio and Barbara, wonderful managers who skillfully handle an impeccable garden, the vegetable garden, delicious cakes (and jams!) made at home, and artistic decorations! It is a pity that the scores stop at '10' and it is not possible to add a well-deserved 'with honors'! This is truly a special place, capable of instilling peace and harmony in anyone who enters.
