Description

Our B&B has been specially designed, renovated and furnished to be a welcoming, elegant, bright and pleasant structure, suitable for resting during business trips, preparing for exams or shopping between outlets and shops. It can also be the ideal place for a romantic getaway on the coast or for a family vacation (including pets, as long as they are well-behaved and respectful of other guests).

Its strategic location (Via Indipendenza) provides our guests with the advantages of the city center (which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot) without its chaos and makes it easily accessible from the train station, A14 motorway (Civitanova Marche-Macerata exit) and SS77 expressway.

Furthermore, the keys we will provide upon arrival will make our guests independent, allowing them to enter and exit freely without time constraints.

The available rooms (including one with a large balcony, the very romantic "Camera Bianca"!) are all equipped with a private bathroom, complete with TV, hairdryer, towels, bath towel, shampoo and daily cleaning.

The B&B is located on Indipendenza Street, and within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the South Promenade and our beautiful beach, as well as the city center (XX Settembre Square, with the Rossini Cinema-Theater) and the main street, full of shops and bars.

It is easily accessible from the A14 Bologna-Bari motorway (exit at Macerata-Civitanova Marche), the SS16 state road, the Val di Chienti 77 expressway and the train station (about ten minutes' walk away).

Furthermore, near the B&B, just a few meters away, there are several pizzerias and restaurants, a kebab shop, a supermarket, two bars, a beauty center (Esteos), a jewelry store, a bank, a Wind store, a coin-operated laundry, several hairdressers, a specialized comic book store, a pharmacy, a newsstand, and several other shops.

It is situated 15 minutes from both the station and the beach. I had a very quiet room, it was cleaned every day. The breakfast is Italian, with many sweets, but no meat - I am used to it, but it might be important for someone. The landlady is very polite and hospitable. It is important for us, Russian tourists under sanctions, that the landlady does not require a credit card to confirm the reservation, so Russian brothers, it's your place!

We stayed for 2 nights, a really convenient place to reach the city center and the sea just a few steps away. Abundant breakfast where you have the embarrassment of choice, the muffins are really good and the chocolate cake made by the owner is delicious, a truly sunny and very nice person. The room was very cute, we rested divinely. We hope to return so much.

A B&B near the city center and the southern promenade (you can walk there in about 10 minutes).\n\nSmall structure (6 rooms) but cozy, managed by Mrs. Annalisa who, in addition to her sweetness in manners, also bakes fabulous sweets every day.\n\nMuffins, pancakes, sbrisolona, chocolate cakes, frangipane, tarts, apple pies, all this can be tasted every day. So, if you are on a diet, stay away, otherwise hurry to book.\n\nI will definitely go back. Thank you Annalisa.

I stayed for work reasons two weeks at the B&B Indipendenza. Excellent experience considering the location, cleanliness, facilities of the property, and the kindness of the hostess. Worth noting is definitely the rich breakfast based on cakes made directly by the owner. The only not positive note could be the heat in the rooms on the upper floor not being equipped with air conditioning but with fans.

The owner is a very sociable person and always available to meet the customers' needs. The breakfast is very abundant and the (excellent) sweets are made by the owner herself. The property is located in a good position and not far from the sea, and in the surrounding area, walking even on foot, you can find practically everything.

Very hot room with no possibility to cool down. Facing a busy street. Owner absent most of the time. From my personal experience, negative judgment. Additionally, with 40 degrees, no one offered to accompany me to the bus stop, which is a 1-minute drive from the B&B; the lady told me that I wouldn't have any problems with my physique.

The owner is always available to meet the needs of customers and tries to make them feel comfortable. The structure features a common area where breakfast can be consumed and a kitchenette where meals can be prepared, depending on the needs of other guests. The breakfast is abundant and includes sweets made by the owner. The tart is delicious, as are the muffins and cereal cookies. My room was equipped with a ceiling fan and a comfortable bed, as well as a nice shower box. Daily cleaning of the room is guaranteed. The owner provides customers with all the tourist materials to move around Civitanova Marche. In front of the structure, there is a pizzeria with friendly staff where it is possible to eat a good pizza. Try it to believe it. The only downside is that the structure is about a 15-minute walk from the station, but it is a pleasant walk.

Annalisa is the owner of this B&B that I have been visiting for three years. It is important to say how friendly and helpful she is: she really knows how to make her guests' stay enjoyable, treating them like they are at home with unparalleled hospitality. The property is close to the sea, the city center, and the train station. It is tastefully furnished: the rooms are beautiful and equipped with every comfort. In the singles, the beds are one and a half sizes, all with private bathrooms. Privacy is guaranteed since it is a separate villa with its own usable kitchen. Breakfast deserves a chapter of its own. Annalisa prepares many delicious desserts every morning that she always reinvents, serving them with a rich breakfast made on the spot. To be seen, to be tasted, to be lived.
