Description
The B&B Il Nido is a comfortable one-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor in the countryside with a splendid view towards the sea.
It is completely separate from the main house and consists of a living area, a double bedroom, a dressing room, and a bathroom.
In front of the entrance, there is a small furnished porch with armchairs and a wooden table.
From the porch, you enter the living area furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, chairs, a small kitchenette for preparing breakfast, and a display case with a coffee and tea machine.
The bedroom is very spacious and, in addition to the double bed and wardrobe, it is equipped with a bunk bed for children/teenagers.
The bathroom has a convenient shower.
All rooms have natural lighting and a cooling system.
Breakfast is not included, but you are free to prepare it yourself; the display case is equipped with a coffee and tea machine; coffee, tea, herbal teas, sugar, milk, biscuits, or homemade pastries will be available to you.
Please note that the kitchenette is not suitable for preparing lunch or dinner, but only for heating milk or making coffee.
Cars can be parked inside the spacious courtyard of the building, even covered.

Breakfast is not included in the price but can be prepared independently in the nest, which has a small kitchenette for heating milk or making coffee with a Moka pot. There is also an espresso machine and an electric kettle for tea. The nest's cabinet will be stocked with coffee, tea, herbal teas, and sugar. Fresh bread and croissants can be requested at an additional cost. Breakfast can also be enjoyed in the garden with a splendid sea view.

Lorena and her mother are two caring and very attentive hosts, but at the same time very discreet. The pie with which they welcome you is a wonderful greeting! The apartment looks new from how well it is maintained, we were surprised that it has been open since 2016! The attention to detail, cleanliness, and silence made the holiday perfect. The location, as well as being panoramic, is strategic for reaching many destinations, not least the nearby Gradara Castle, simply wonderful! We will definitely come back.

Structure that reminds a lot of the family environment; clean and comfortable environment. The manager, who is a woman, of the structure is a friendly person who makes you feel at ease.

Tengo moltissimo sia alla pulizia che alla colazione e se qualcosa non vi piaceva avreste potuto farmi delle richieste specifiche che io avrei assolutamente accolto ed esaudito. In merito al rapporto qualità prezzo obbiettivamente mi sembra davvero immeritato dato che, nel circondario ho il prezzo più basso, e che avete potuto utilizzare Il NIDO, che per sua natura è un B&B, come un vero e proprio appartamentino. We spent four wonderful days at the B&B Il Nido. Lorena is an exquisite host with a very keen eye for details. Upon our arrival, she surprised us with a delicious aperitif. Every morning she provided us with a very rich breakfast with fresh fruit, bread, and croissants. The structure is very welcoming and tastefully decorated. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. We stayed 4 nights at this splendid structure, we are two adults and a 3-year-old girl, it is called B&B Il Nido and indeed it is a real nest, we felt at home, comfortable and well cared for in every detail. Lorena and her family are wonderful people, we felt at ease. The apartment is in a hilly area with a splendid sea view, a few km from Gradara or Fiorenzuola di Focara, it was an excellent strategic point for our excursions. Excellent breakfasts with homemade products and our daughter fell in love with the little animals, the goats Sole, Luna and Stella and the cat Tito.

Short but very pleasant stay. Clean room with attention to details. Spacious and well-furnished living room with kitchen and bedroom. Possibility to relax in the garden and enjoy the view of the hills and the sea. Definitely recommended.

Struttura molto spaziosa, confortevole e ben curata. Immersa nel verde gode di un bellissimo panorama verso il mare. Fuori dal caos dei centri abitati e visitati è ideale per un soggiorno rigenerante.
Molto gentile la proprietaria Lorena come pure la mamma con cui ci siamo intrattenuti a conversare.

È un posto che descritto con poche righe non potrà mai rendere l'idea. Ci dovete andare per vedere quanto è bello. Posto strategico a pochi km da Cattolica, Mondaino, Gradara, San Marino etc.
Gentilezza pulizia fuori dal comune. È stata per me una esperienza indimenticabile.

B&B molto curato, pulitissimo, immerso nel verde ed in posizione molto tranquilla.
Panorama spettacolare della Riviera Adriatica con vista su porto verde.
La padrona di casa si fa in quattro per mettere a loro agio gli ospiti ed il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero ottimo.
Mi sono trovato benissimo, ci ritornerò appena ci sarà occasione.

Io e Paolo siamo stati benissimo presso il vostro B&B e ci piacerebbe tanto ritornare in futuro. Grazie per la calda accoglienza a noi riservata, colazione molto ricca con le torte della nonna e della signora Lorena, la macedonia di frutta fresca e i succhi di frutta tutto molto buono.
Sembrava di essere a casa nostra.

Certo non il solito B&B, l'accoglienza è familiare nel vero senso della parola. Non è così semplice raggiungerlo, soprattutto da chi non conosce la zona. Per il resto consigliatissimo.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per tre giorni e non possiamo che essere soddisfatti della scelta fatta. Lorena, il marito Ivano e la mamma sono proprio delle persone gentilissime, cordiali e disponibili ed hanno reso veramente piacevole il nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, arredato con buon gusto e soprattutto molto pulito.
Le colazioni in giardino sono indimenticabili, con vista panoramica del mare dalla collina e servite con tanti prodotti naturali: dalle conserve di fichi, al pane fatto in casa, alle bruschette con pomodorini dell'orto e basilico, alle piadine, alle fresche bevande sfiziose e dissetanti preparate da Lorena, alla frutta fresca ed alle immancabili e deliziose torte casalinghe della sua mamma. Non ci hanno fatto mancare proprio nulla.
Se avremo l'occasione, anche in futuro torneremo in questo accogliente "nido" che non possiamo che consigliare.

Gli ambienti molto spaziosi e accoglienti, curati nei minimi particolari ed estremamente puliti hanno reso più che piacevole il nostro soggiorno nei pressi della splendida Gradara.
Valori aggiunti: la tranquillità del posto, la gentilezza e l'estrema disponibilità di Lorena e la fantastica crostata della nonna. Consigliatissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente al più presto. Marco, Marina e la piccola Federica.

Non posso che dare il massimo: Lorena e la sua famiglia hanno creato un angolo di paradiso. Nuovo di zecca, bellissimo è dir poco. Ho soggiornato qui solo per una notte con la mia famiglia ma siamo stati d'incanto!
Ottima posizione per raggiungere la riviera in pochi minuti, immersi nella pace delle colline.
E per finire, una colazione da leccarsi i baffi!
