Description

Located in the center of Grottammare, 100m from the sea and 500m from the beautiful medieval village, it is the perfect place to spend a pleasant vacation or a peaceful work stay.

The 150sqm apartment, for the exclusive use of our guests, is located on the first floor and has three large and bright rooms with three private bathrooms and the possibility of adding third beds, two terraces, a kitchen, and a room where a generous breakfast will be served.

You will receive your keys and be completely independent without any time constraints. It is also possible to rent the entire apartment.

We will provide you with tourist information about the city.

Nearby you will find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, and chalets.

You can leave your car in the free parking below and pick it up at the end of your vacation.

Our B&B is located no more than 10 minutes from the railway station and less than 2 km from the highway.

Grottammare is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera delle Palme and a "Blue Flag" municipality from 1999 to 2012. It is mentioned in Legambiente's "Blue Guide" and in the Club of "The Most Beautiful Villages in Italy".

Spacious room with a large terrace two minutes walk from the beach and the center. For breakfast, there is an agreement with a pastry bar located under the structure. The landlady Daniela is very helpful and kind. In conclusion, I recommend this property.

The structure is in a strategic position both for its proximity to the sea and the center, and to shops, bars, restaurants, markets, and open-air cinema. It is located inside an old building, but very well maintained. Breakfast is served in the bar/pastry shop/wine bar below the B&B, which is one of the best known and most frequented in the city, great also for enjoying aperitifs and snacks in the comfortable outdoor area. The cleanliness of the premises is high. The rooms are spacious and equipped with TV, radiator, and adequate fan, very functional. It is worth mentioning the possibility of using a large fully equipped kitchen (and adjoining living room) and, if necessary, also being able to use the washing machine. In conclusion, I had a pleasant and peaceful vacation and, if I were to return to Grottammare, I would certainly choose the same solution to stay there.

Clean room but needs improvement: the bathroom door does not open well, the terrace and outdoor furniture are not usable. Breakfast consisted of a voucher valid for a cappuccino and a sweet at the nearby bar (we paid the price difference for different orders, for example between the cappuccino and a fruit juice for the child).

My daughters and I spent 5 nights at the B&B I Girasoli. Our room, very clean like the whole structure, had a private terrace with a table for outdoor dining. The location is very convenient, close to the sea (1 minute) and is located downtown near all shops and restaurants. There is no need to have a car. Daniela, the owner, is delightful and has been punctual and precise since the time of booking. The possibility of using the kitchen and preparing some simple summer lunches proved to be very useful. The structure is a bit dated but that doesn't change the fact that we had a great time and will definitely return.

We stayed here with my husband and our little girl who is only 40 days old for a week. We had a great time. The structure is strategically located with respect to the sea, the town center, and the road that leads to the upper town. The managers, Mrs. Daniela and her husband, are delightful and very helpful. During our stay, they provided us with vouchers for breakfast at the bar below the B&B, an excellent pastry shop with a wide variety, from which a wonderful aroma rose to our windows in the morning. The B&B is in a very large apartment with 3 rooms, ours had an en-suite bathroom and all the areas were very clean. It is possible to use the large kitchen of the apartment and possibly do a small laundry. Our room was very comfortable and cool. A perfect solution for couples with children, but also for groups of friends.

Excellent location, large and spacious rooms. However, the bathroom is external to the room although private. The breakfast is very abundant and personalized. The kindness and availability of Mrs. Daniela are exceptional. We had a great time.
