Ci siamo trovati benissimo: pulito a due passi dal mare; colazione buonissima al bar sotto la struttura; le stanze grandi. Daniela è veramente gentile e simpatica. Ve lo consiglio.

Camera spaziosa con grande terrazzo a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Per la colazione si ha la convenzione con un bar pasticceria posizionato sotto la struttura. La padrona di casa Daniela molto disponibile e gentile. Per concludere consiglio questa struttura.

La struttura è in posizione strategica sia per la vicinanza al mare sia al centro e a negozi, bar, ristoranti, market, cinema all'aperto. È situata all'interno di un fabbricato non recente, ma tenuto molto bene. La colazione viene consumata nel bar/pasticceria/enoteca sottostante il B&B e che è uno dei più noti e frequentati della città, ottimo anche per gustare aperitivi e snack nel confortevole dehors. La pulizia dei locali è elevata. Le camere sono ampie e dotate di tv, termo e adeguato ventilatore, peraltro molto funzionale. Da segnalare la possibilità di fruire di una ampia cucina (e annesso soggiorno) completamente attrezzata e, alla bisogna, di poter utilizzare anche la lavatrice. In conclusione, ho trascorso una vacanza piacevole e tranquilla e, qualora dovessi ritornare a Grottammare, sceglierei di certo la medesima soluzione per soggiornarvi.

Camera pulita ma da rivedere: la porta del bagno non si apre bene, la terrazza e gli arredi esterni non utilizzabili. La colazione consisteva in un buono-spesa valido per cappuccino e un pezzo dolce al bar vicino (abbiamo pagato la differenza di prezzo per ordinazioni diverse, esempio tra il cappuccino e un succo di frutta per il bimbo).

Io e le mie figlie abbiamo trascorso 5 notti in questo B&B. La nostra stanza, pulitissima come del resto tutta la struttura, aveva una terrazza privata con tavolo per mangiare all’aperto. La posizione è comodissima, vicino al mare (1 minuto) e si trova in Centro vicino a tutti negozi e ristoranti. Non serve avere la macchina. Daniela la proprietaria è deliziosa ed è stata puntuale e precisa sin dal momento della prenotazione. La possibilità di usare la cucina e prepararsi qualche semplice pranzo estivo si è rivelata molto utile. La struttura è un pò datata ma ciò non toglie che siamo state benissimo e sicuramente ritorniamo.

Ho trascorso questo fine settimana in questa struttura. Mi sono trovata molto bene. Tutto molto pulito ed ottima posizione. A pochi metri dal mare. Sicuramente da tenere conto.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui io, mio marito e la nostra piccola di solo 40 giorni, per una settimana. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è in posizione strategica rispetto al mare, al centro del paese e alla strada che porta al paese alto. I gestori, signora Daniela e marito, sono deliziosi e molto disponibili. Nel periodo in cui siamo stati, ci hanno fornito dei buoni spesa per le colazioni al bar sotto al B&B, un'ottima pasticceria molto fornita, dalla quale al mattino saliva verso le nostre finestre un profumo squisito. Il B&B è in un appartamento molto grande con 3 camere, la nostra aveva il bagno in camera e tutti gli ambienti erano molto puliti. È possibile utilizzare la grande cucina dell'appartamento ed eventualmente fare un piccolo bucato. La nostra stanza era molto comoda e fresca. Una soluzione perfetta per coppie con bambini, ma anche per gruppi di amici.

Ottima posizione, camere grandi e spaziose, il bagno è però esterno alla camera sebbene personale. La colazione molto abbondante e personalizzata. La gentilezza e la disponibilità della signora Daniela sono eccezionali. Ci siamo trovate benissimo.
