Newly renovated structure in June 2021, located in the city center, just a 3-minute walk from the beach, offering maximum silence and tranquility. The B&B Fontanella 32 in Porto Sant'Elpidio (Fermo) offers a relaxing stay filled with sun, sea, and pleasant excursions to the most beautiful and characteristic places in the Marche region. The structure has umbrellas and sun loungers available at one of the most beautiful and central chalets in the city.

A perfect place for families who love to travel and want to feel at home, for business trips, for a romantic vacation in a quiet and reserved environment, or for those who want to relax and rejuvenate in the pine forest or on the beach. The design structure is spread over three floors, with common areas accessible to guests, characterized by attention to detail, a unique and unmistakable style. The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, hairdryer, TV, minibar, safe, mirror, luggage rack, Wi-Fi, and smart card access. In the bright and welcoming breakfast room and the adjacent terrace, guests can enjoy a rich and tasty buffet with various options for those who love sweet and savory. Every morning in the breakfast room or on the breakfast terrace, from 8: 00 to 9: 30, you can enjoy a rich and tasty buffet, with a variety of high-quality products, mostly homemade or locally produced. The breakfast includes different options for those who love sweet and savory, such as croissants, bread, jams, biscuits, tarts, cakes, muffins, cereals, yogurt, eggs with bacon, ham, salami, ciauscolo, cheese, fruit juices, cappuccino, tea..even with organic and gluten-free options! And upon request, eggs with bacon can be prepared on the spot.

At the La Rotonda restaurant, on the seafront of Porto Sant'Elpidio, we offer you every day delicious dishes of fresh fish made by our chef Simone. Fresh fish menu. Opening our menu, you will have only the embarrassment of choice among: cold appetizers; smoked tuna with toasted hazelnuts from Piedmont; corn cobs; scallops; sea-flavored cake; seafood salad; boiled scampi; marinated anchovies; chef's half-paccheri; gnocchetti with shellfish; prawn ravioli; mullet, mantis shrimp and skate fish soup; maccheroncini pasta with clams, red shrimp and much more based on the catch of the day.

Area city center
The B&B Fontanella 32 is located right in the city center, 50 m from the main church, 50 m from the Town Hall, and less than 100 m from the train station. It is located in the homonymous street, in a residential area, quiet and tree-lined, but a few steps away there are shops and bars in the center. The sea is about 200 m away. The exit of the A14 Porto Sant'Elpidio is about 2. 5 km away. Porto Sant'Elpidio is a town of about 26, 000 inhabitants that extends along the Adriatic coast for about 7 km, with a beautiful and equally long promenade, connected to the north with Civitanova Marche, and to the south with Lido di Fermo and Porto San Giorgio. Perched on the famous Marche hills, there are many beautiful municipalities in the interior to visit. To the north, about 30 minutes by car, we find the Monte Conero coastline, with splendid places like Numana Sirolo and the city of Ancona, the regional capital, Recanati, a famous place for Giacomo Leopardi and Beniamino Gigli, Loreto, also known for its important Basilica, and to the south beautiful and characteristic places like Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto or Ascoli Piceno with its "Piazza Salotto". Just over 10 minutes by car, you can visit the provincial capital, Fermo, with a magnificent cathedral square located at the highest point of the city where you can see a vast panorama. Other important places to visit are the ancient Roman Cisterns of 40 AD and the Sala del Mappamodo, a civic library boasting 3 centuries of history. Also, worth a visit is another city, Macerata, located 311 meters above sea level, an elegant city that offers numerous events during the summer evenings, first among all the Macerata Opera Festival, which takes place inside the Sferisterio, the second Arena in Italy after Verona, which has amazing acoustics, and is a magical place to see the main Operas.

We were welcomed by Antonello, the manager of B&B Fontanella 32. Antonello is very helpful and welcoming, he always gave us great advice regarding restaurants for lunch/dinner and places to visit. It was very pleasing to me because, without any notice from our side, he provided abundant gluten-free and lactose-free options for breakfast. The B&B has been recently renovated, the beds are very comfortable and both the room and common areas are very beautiful. We are fully satisfied with this experience!

Maximum availability of the owners, Antonello and Elena welcome you with a big smile making you feel at home. Ask without hesitation for advice on the area and you will be given alternatives suitable for any need. Super abundant breakfast, savory, with omelettes, bacon and cold cuts and sweet, with cakes rigorously homemade. The whole structure is furnished with great care and attention towards the guest, the rooms are cozy, well soundproofed, equipped with every comfort and it's pleasant to spend time there. In case of need, stable Wi-Fi. Highly recommended.

B&B Fontanella 32 new with few rooms, beautiful and spacious, in which the attentions and technological innovations inserted in the very recent renovation make the stay very pleasant. The room was very quiet, always fragrant and very clean thanks to the attentions of the Host who always tried to please the guests present, even those like me who have special needs. Breakfast was rich and included both savory and sweet dishes from the territory, as well as homemade. One feels well welcomed and very 'assisted' throughout the very pleasant stay in the structure. I highly recommend it.

A truly welcoming location, extremely clean environments, maximum tranquility thanks to the location in which it is situated. Antonello and Elena, two truly exquisite hosts, very attentive and extremely available towards their guests starting from the care in the preparation of breakfast, with homemade cakes and a truly rich buffet. We had an apartment all to ourselves with an external patio, really nice, like living in a little villa. Definitely a beautiful experience that we will definitely relive on our return, in the future, in this location. Highly recommended. Pet friendly.

Elena and Antonello have managed to create the perfect holiday for us from the very first moment. The heart and passion of the two hosts are reflected in every detail of the accommodation. The rooms are lovingly decorated, incredibly clean, well-equipped, and simply cozy. Antonello supported us throughout the holiday with advice and help (!), whether it was for car rental, beach umbrellas, tourist destinations, or airport transfer. With his warm manner, he put a smile on our faces during breakfast, making his homemade bread taste even better (and of course Elena's chocolate cake too). The rich breakfast, made from absolutely fresh and mostly local products, was also prepared with great dedication. (Ask for the world's best sausage!) We will definitely come back and look forward not only to the beautiful region, but especially to Elena and Antonello. Here you are visiting friends!

We stayed (unfortunately) for only one night and we had a great time! The managers were exquisite, the apartment delightful, very comfortable, close to everything, clean, welcoming, aesthetically beautiful. The only drawback is that it is right next to other houses, but this really becomes a minor issue when everything else is fantastic.

A beautiful and relaxing weekend! My friend and I couldn't ask for more. Brand new and very welcoming structure just like the family that runs it. It is clear the care and passion that this family invests every day to make guests feel at home. Breakfast on the terrace is just the ideal treat to start the day. Wide choice between sweet and savory, with some homemade goodies. The location is very central, strategic to reach the beach (affiliated with B&B Fontanella 32) and many local places. Free parking a few meters from the structure... in short... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
