The B&B is located in a Farmhouse in the municipality of Montelupone, on the border with Macerata, on the beautiful hills of the Marche countryside, in a mosaic of cultivated fields.

Beautiful house with excellent private spaces both indoors and outdoors. Very kind and never intrusive manager, great idea to have breakfast served in the room. Clean and tidy. I also recommend it for the convenient yet extremely quiet location.

I recently stayed in the guest room on the ground floor. Very spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished environment. They always provided us with a plentiful breakfast in the room a few minutes after we requested it via call or message. The breakfast also included very good cakes prepared by them. Extremely clean spaces, very friendly, caring, and non-intrusive managers. Very beautiful and quiet location but 5 minutes away from all amenities.

Relax. We spent five days at the B&B Cervare and never was a better choice made. I could mention the impeccable cleanliness, the strategic position to reach all the most beautiful villages of Macerata, the rich breakfasts brought to the room by Roberto every morning; but none of this gives an idea of how the owners, Roberto and Silvia, made our vacation magical with their kindness and availability. This structure will definitely be our reference point for our future vacations in Marche.

Impeccable structure from every point of view. Wonderful location, spacious and well-kept apartment, impeccable cleanliness and last but not least a generous breakfast served directly in the room. These are the evaluations of the place, but I would like to add the availability and kindness of the host Roberto, who besides always being courteous, has shown himself to be a person with a capital P. If there were praise in the ratings, I would put it everywhere! Highly recommended.

Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno ad agosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un grazie ai proprietari Roberto e Silvia per la premura e gentilezza. La camera è molto confortevole, pulita e arredata con gusto. Ottima la colazione. Posto consigliato, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Un vero gioiello di pace e serenità tra le distese verdi colline delle Marche. La stanza è un elegante e caratteristico appartamentino con bagno privato, camera matrimoniale, possibilità di altri due posti letto e piccolo salottino con televisione e tutti i comfort. Spazio esterno immerso nella natura, ampissimo giardino con meravigliosa vista sulle colline e sulla città di macerata. Posizione vicina al mare e a diverse città turistiche. I proprietari sono persone veramente disponibili, simpatiche e accoglienti, rispettando la riservatezza dei clienti. Vivamente consigliato!

Cercavamo un luogo come base per visitare i paesini incantevoli delle Marche ma allo stesso tempo fare un po' di mare. Abbiamo trovato una sistemazione in un posto incantevole, in una suite all'interno di un bellissimo casale. I gestori sono estremamente accoglienti, affabili e discreti. Consigliatissimo.

Se ci fosse la possibilità di assegnare la LODE nelle varie tendine l'avrei fatto senza ombra di dubbio. Il casale rispecchia e rispetta i canoni marchigiani, immerso nel verde e nella dolcezza dei pianori dove ti soffermi e ti rendi conto che la poesia L'INFINITO è stata una sciocchezza davanti a cotanta bellezza.. e se si ha la fortuna di arrivare nel periodo della massima fioritura dei girasoli..si comprende Van Gogh! Questo è ciò che comunicano le Marche. Il padrone di casa del casale ti accoglie con la dolcezza e simpatia mettendo subito a proprio agio noi ospiti, l'appartamento è delizioso, funzionale, illuminato, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto nei minimi particolari.. e la pace che si respira è impagabile.. riascoltare il fruscio del vento tra gli alberi.. camminare a piedi nudi sul prato.. dormire.. tutta la notte.. Forse sarò una romanticona, ma tutto questo si può assaporare in questo meraviglioso B&B, e non è poco!

Bellissimo casale ottimamente ristrutturato, si alloggia in una sorta di "suite" con salottino, grande bagno.. tutto molto bello! Location fantastica in collina dove si può tornare ad "ascoltare il silenzio" a pochi minuti dal mare del conero Proprietari disponibilissimi e pronti a dare ottimi consigli In sostanza, consiglio fortemente !
