Description

The Bed and Breakfast is located in a villa with a swimming pool in the green and silent countryside, in a panoramic and peaceful position, on the prosperous hill of Rosara, abundant with renowned extra virgin olive oil-bearing olive trees.

It overlooks the charming city of the Hundred Towers, Ascoli Piceno, 5 minutes from its historic center and in the immediate vicinity of archaeological sites and monuments of great historical and architectural interest.

The suggestive chain of the Sibillini Mountains, the sleeping giant of Mount Ascension, Mount San Marco, and the nearest Mount of Rosara frame the entire area, offering hiking itineraries of true beauty. In the immediate vicinity is the Rosara cliff, the oldest and most well-known in Piceno by climbers for all styles of climbing.

The B&B Case Pacifici is a hospitable and comfortable structure which, despite being newly built with anti-seismic construction, presents the rural characteristics of old local travertine stone farmhouses.

The old Rosara quarry, disused for some time, is coming back to life with the birth of artisanal workshops.

The environment of the Bed and Breakfast, refined and discreet, includes a large and bright lounge on the ground floor where breakfast is served with homemade pastries and biscuits; on the first floor there are three bedrooms with exclusive use bathrooms, accessible by stairs or elevator.

Newly built structure, tastefully and elegantly furnished. Located on the hills of Ascoli Piceno, 3 km from Ascoli Piceno, it enjoys a wonderful panorama. The pool is an added value: perfect for rejuvenating after visiting the city. Good breakfast, with homemade cakes although not very varied. The only flaw is the absence of the owners or someone to ask for information about the places to visit: we were greeted by Mrs. Belinda with whom we had the pleasure of 'chatting' for just 10 minutes only at the time of check-in, for the delivery of the keys and a complimentary bottle of water. I would have appreciated some more attention for the guests. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

A 10-minute drive from the center of Ascoli, in the Marche countryside. Large and new rooms, the pool a very welcome bonus in August. Normal breakfast.

The structure is beautiful, surrounded by olive trees with priceless peace and tranquility. Also convenient to reach the center of Ascoli Piceno just a 5-minute drive away.

We spent very pleasant days in this old farmhouse expertly renovated, in a magnificent environmental context, a stone's throw from beautiful Ascoli Piceno and strategically located to visit the Monti Sibillini park. We were welcomed by the owners and the collaborator (whom we take this opportunity to thank) in the best possible way.

We stayed on August 11th with the family. We had some difficulty reaching the B&B as the navigator made us take a strange road. Promptly, Dario directed us correctly to the B&B. Truly strategic location just a couple of minutes from the center of Ascoli, but on the hills in absolute quietness. Brand new and very efficient structure. Large and excellently furnished room, excellent breakfast with homemade pastries. The owner Dario and his wife are attentive and helpful advisors to better visit the city. If I am in the area again, I will return. I highly recommend it.
