What guests say

Guests praise the modern, comfortable and exceptionally clean rooms, as well as the generous breakfast. Raffaela’s warm welcome and helpfulness are frequently highlighted. The B&B is peaceful, has lovely views and is well placed for visiting Osimo, nearby villages and the coast; it is outside the town centre, so a car is useful. On-site parking is available.

A lovely property near the port of Ancona and the towns of Recanati and Loreto, yet at the same time in the countryside. Very peaceful. The room was modern, clean and very well equipped. And, above all, the owner was always attentive and smiling. An unforgettable stay in the Marche.

This is the second year in a row that we have returned to this B&B. We liked everything, just like the first time: the room (the bed is better than the one at my home), the bathroom (dream shower!), cleanliness, breakfast, location. But above all, the owner's sweetness wins, Raffaela. A gem of a person!

A wonderful place, away from the chaos of crowded centers but convenient for reaching the main cultural attractions and the beaches. Excellent cleanliness, very well-kept property, abundant breakfast personalized according to requests. The real specialty of this B&B, however, was Raffaela's welcome, who with her kindness and smile makes you feel like part of the family. We will definitely return and will recommend it to anyone who asks us where to stay for a visit to the wonders of the Conero.

Beautiful recently built rooms, clean, with TV, air conditioning, and a small outdoor space for breakfast or relaxing! Location not in the town center, allows you to take advantage of the reserved parking space and enjoy tranquility. Highly recommended!

Mrs. Raffaella is a very kind and helpful person. We had friends nearby the B&B and instead of having breakfast there, we opted for a bar. She immediately helped us and gave us vouchers for breakfast so that we could use them with our friends. The structure is clean and very comfortable.

Raffaella is very kind and always available for anything. The room and the bathroom are spacious, modern, and clean. Every day she tidied and cleaned the room and provided us with what we were missing. The parking is located in the courtyard of the structure. Each room is equipped with a fridge and outside there are drying racks with clips, deck chairs, and tables with chairs. The area is really quiet but convenient for the sea and the towns.

My daughter and I stayed for only one night in the low season, but the owner still did everything to make us feel at ease. The structure is brand new and clean. The location is great because in a few minutes you can reach the center of the town and the other beautiful locations in the area, but it is also surrounded by greenery and silence. We really liked the very spacious shower and the very comfortable mattress.
