Beautiful and welcoming property. Excellent breakfast. Well-kept grounds and a beautiful, well-maintained swimming pool. Very clean rooms. Mrs. Carla is very helpful and kind and gave us recommendations on what to see in the area. I recommend this property to everyone, no ifs or buts. We will definitely return. Greetings to Mrs. Carla.

Beautiful property surrounded by greenery. Clean and comfortable apartment, nice kitchen and comfortable beds. The garden and the pool are among the strengths of the hospitality. Excellent breakfast and very good cappuccinos, better than at a café!

The B&B Arzilla welcomes the guest with a splendid well-kept garden and the kindness of the owner. The rooms are tastefully furnished and in harmony with the environment in which the structure is immersed. The bed is very comfortable. Dogs are well received. We and our four-legged friend had a wonderful time.

The tranquility of the location of the property, in the countryside but not isolated, is just a few minutes by car or bike from the center of Fano. The large garden available to guests with children's equipment, relaxation areas, fruit trees, and a small swimming pool make the stay at B&B Arzilla truly pleasant and relaxing. The kindness and availability of Mrs. Carla, always ready to meet guests' needs in a friendly manner, give a sense of familiarity. Great idea to celebrate Ferragosto together with an apericena. Good, plentiful breakfast rich in the property's products. Recommended for families, couples, or individuals.

Wonderful structure, immersed in a wonderful park with a pool. Beautiful and cozy room (too bad for the creaky bed). Mrs. Carla is very kind and discreet. B&B Arzilla highly recommended. We will definitely come back!

Immersed in greenery, much appreciated also by our dog. Fantastic breakfast, with homemade cake, extract of their fruit to try, brioches, etc. Clean and welcoming room. Relaxing place, quiet, with the wake-up call of the rooster and the chirping of the birds. Thanks to the owners for the hospitality.

Green oasis of tranquility. For those looking for a small and green corner of paradise, quiet, 3 km from the sea, must come to B&B Arzilla, well-kept, beautiful and original. An immense garden rich in plants and flowers, a not huge pool but equipped with sunbeds. Noises? The singing of birds. For breakfast, a cappuccino better than at the bar.
