Description

The B&B Arcobaleno provides three spacious rooms, all with balconies, TVs, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, two external bathrooms, and one internal bathroom for a double room. It's equipped with a very convenient kitchen (available upon request), and located in a peaceful area surrounded by greenery, just a few steps away from the city center and the sea, and very close to many outlets such as Tod's, Prada, Paciotti, Jeckerson, Guardiani, La Premiata, Naturino, Nero Giardini, and many others in the area. It's situated near the renowned private clinic Villa dei Pini and close to the beautiful bike path offered by our city.

We furnished it with the utmost comfort and colorful joy to make our guests feel at home. There's free re-entry and complimentary bike use for our clients. We're only a stone's throw away from the Villa Pini Clinic.

The highway exit is approximately 2 kilometers away, and we are close to the most important outlets in Marche: Diego della Valle, Paciotti, Nero Giardini, Fornarina, Naturino, and Fabi. We are 18 kilometers away from the Sanctuary of Loreto and 23 kilometers away from the Sferisterio of Macerata.

My boyfriend and I arrived and were welcomed with enthusiasm right away! The lady who runs this B & B is of a rare kindness and availability. She made us feel at home! In addition to being impeccable, the cleanliness and amenities. I give a score of 10 to everything, Well deserved!

I found it very nice since it is located near Villa Pini (5 minutes on foot). To give 5 stars ✨, the lady needs to add a window in the bathroom, especially for the winter period. Everything else is fine. I would definitely return.

I must say that I leave this Bed & Breakfast with a bitter taste in my mouth and now I'll explain why. Firstly, I booked it with my eighty-year-old mother before her hospitalization in a nearby clinic due to the proximity of 300 meters as specified on the website. 1) The B&B was 680 meters away and definitely not 900 meters from the sea; 2) upon arrival in the evening, we were informed that only cash payments were accepted (but isn't a POS legally required in Italy?), only to find a note in the room that stated we could also make a bank transfer; 3) noisy environment... being woken up at 5 in the morning by the noise of the shower in a corridor bathroom is not exactly pleasant (I mean noise like a crackling water heater, not just water). Lastly, and here I made a mistake... wanting to bring a friend up to the room, I found the owner on the balcony telling me it was not allowed, especially since my cousin had already come up the same day. I understand I was wrong (I was unaware of this rule), which, however, is not stated anywhere: neither on the website, nor in the house rules that don't exist... in short, as a foreigner, how was I supposed to know? And being called out from the window in broad daylight seems incredibly rude. I left today... I'm not saying everything was bad, but being honest about distances, payment methods, and having written rules on the website would have certainly spared us from a less than ideal experience in such a delicate moment.

Buongiorno Abramo, rispondo in piena serenita' alle tue critiche: 1) ribadisco le distaze sia dalla clinica villa dei pini (450/500m), sia dal mare 950/1000m. 2) ho chiesto il contante poiche' il pos non funnzionava ma penso non ci sia stato nessun problema dato che vi avevo dato possibilita' di pagare a vostro comodo. 3) nei bagni non esistono scaldabagni bensi' caldaia centralizzata nelle soffitte, pertanto non esistono rumori, anzi i vostri vicini di stanza hanno lamentato rumori nella sua stanza. 4) Il punto dolente caro Abramo e' stato quello di non aver permesso il via vai di ragazzi nella sua stanza . Sul primo ragazzo non le ho detto niente e ci sono passata sopra vedendolo arrivare mentro riordinavo, ma all arrivo del secondo senza avvisarmi di nessuna delle due visite, gentilmente le ho detto che in casa non si poteva portare nessuno. L'essere stato scoperto lo ha infastidito molto, penso che in tutte le strutture recettive vigilino sempre le stesse regole di sicurezza. Comunque grazie lo stesso di tutto, ognuno dona cio' che possiede. P: S: Se era sua intenzione screditarmi con questa recensione penso non ci sia riuscito, le persone leggono le recensioni vere, sincere, fatte da gente onesta, non quelle dettate da superbia e presunzione.

The Arcobaleno is located on a peripheral street in Civitanova, but this ensures greater relaxation especially during the night hours. Breakfast in a pastry shop, well-known in the province, in my opinion a plus for the Arcobaleno! I really enjoyed my stay.

Very nice and clean Bed & Breakfast. The center of Civitanova Mare and the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Good value for the price. Mrs. Angela is courteous and helpful.

I was a guest at the B&B Arcobaleno, I would say I felt like at home. The rooms are very comfortable, each one with a balcony and comfortable bathrooms, and the cleanliness of this structure is impeccable. Moreover, there is a large kitchen available. Mrs. Angela is very nice, friendly, and very cheerful. I recommend it to everyone, I will come back. Thank you Angela for your hospitality.

The Arcobaleno B&B is a comfortable, spacious structure, well positioned for its proximity to the Villa Dei Pini Clinic. Breakfast is offered on-site or at a very good pastry shop in the area, which my mother really appreciated. Angela is a helpful and courteous owner, who met every need. Thank you so much.

Angela is a beautiful person. She was an angel to me. The Rainbow is welcoming, always clean and tidy. There are even bicycles available to move around more easily. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed two days in this B&B and immediately felt at home, the availability of Mrs. Angela immediately fascinated us, as well as her way of organizing and keeping the house clean. The bicycles available were useful for getting around the city. The breakfast is good at the nearby pastry bar. We also recommend it to our friends.
