The hostess, very friendly, welcomed us even late at night. Spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable bed. The bathroom, not en-suite but with a bathtub, was clean. She also left some muffins for breakfast.

Well-maintained country house, very friendly hosts, very convenient location to visit Fano if you have a car available (a few kilometers from the center and the train station).

The lady who manages the property is very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. Breakfast is not included, but there is a discount on consumption at a well-stocked pastry bar just a few meters from the B&B. The bathroom is shared between every two rooms. Excellent value for money.

We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for only two days in July 2024. Quiet location in a well-renovated building with a garden, in the countryside, not far from the center of Fano: you can go there by bike. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Water available upon our arrival and a refrigerator to store drinks/yogurt and fruit for sharing. There is a nice, quiet and very special dog. We had a very good time.

Structure immersed in greenery and therefore quiet. Cleaning at an acceptable level and the lady very kind and welcoming. The only small downside is that at the moment and without warning beforehand (we had spoken 2 times on the phone) I was asked for 35 euros instead of the 30 written on the website and in the email because (reason given) I was staying only one night. Nothing bad but I would have appreciated, for honesty, to know it beforehand. But other than that, I repeat, all good.

Great welcome and availability from the owners. Shame about the Covid period that did not allow the possibility of having breakfast. Convenient location to reach the sea by car.

I can't help but give a very high rating for the weekend spent at the 'Arca di Noè'. Everything was perfect, the very kind owner made us find a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Well-kept and very clean rooms. A very peaceful place in the countryside and very convenient to reach the sea. Congratulations again and thank you for everything.
