Description

Tourist rental, no breakfast. Distance from the center and the coast: 3 km. From June to September minimum stay 7 days, only from Saturday to Saturday, other periods 2 days.

The Summer Apartment consists of 3 accommodations of about 40 sqm (max 4 people each), on the ground floor of a recently built family house, all with independent entrance, one double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. All have air conditioning and reserved space for outdoor dining. Apartment 3 also has a private garden. The area is a peripheral residential area and is located 3 km from the town center and the beaches of Sirolo and Numana, a car is necessary for transportation. Bed linen and towels are included. Parking is free and always available both on the street and inside the fenced area of the house (only for apartments 2 and 3). Pets are allowed only in apartment 1, the only one with a completely fenced outdoor area for exclusive use.

To reach the beaches of Sirolo, it is necessary to use the car to reach the center and then take advantage of the public shuttle service (for a fee) or walk along a path for about 10 minutes. Alternatively, there is a shuttle bus stop about 300 meters from the house (for a fee), although with few trips both going and returning.

The beaches of nearby Numana can be reached directly by car.

In addition to the sea, it is also the ideal starting point for interesting excursions to nearby towns: in less than 20 minutes by car you can reach Ancona, Castelfidardo, Loreto, Recanati, Offagna, Osimo.

Cleanliness, friendliness and everything you need, just like at home. The owner stocked the apartment with everything that is needed in a house: the kitchen not only with the usual dishes but also with all the condiments to prepare meals; the bedrooms with extra pillows and blankets; and the bathroom even with body cream, as well as laundry detergent. In short, you only need to pack your suitcase and go.

Paola is very friendly and helpful and always customer-oriented, for example she had bus tickets on the bulletin board, since they cannot be purchased on-site. The apartment was very modern and tastefully furnished and there was everything one needs - from Wi-Fi to the coffee machine and some pods as well as dishes and accessories. The explanation for waste separation was also logical and understandable. Thank you very much, Paola!

A few kilometers from the free dog beach, this apartment has everything you need! Quiet, clean house, scented, and kitchen equipped with every accessory! We even had the surprise of watching movies on Netflix! A large outdoor space reserved with a table and a parasol tent. We and our two dogs felt at home! Thank you, Paola.

We stayed from August 27th to September 3rd, 2022 in apartment number 3 with a private garden and we had a great time, various services and beaches very close by, Sirolo a few minutes by car. The room is perfect, not very large but comfortable and very clean, a perfect bathroom, even though it's far from the center (only small flaw) with a beautiful view from the terrace. The lady who manages it is extraordinarily kind and helpful, I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful two-bedroom apartment complete with everything, including a washing machine which is very useful on vacation. Located just outside Sirolo and a good point for visiting the surrounding areas. Private parking always available. The only flaw is the lack of air conditioning which is essential on the hottest days. Very kind owner always available for any advice and needs.

I have just spent a pleasant week in this apartment equipped with everything necessary. I didn't appreciate the private garden and parking, the cleanliness, and the mosquito nets on all the windows. Truly comfortable and perfect for a couple or even for 3 people. Also, the owner, Mrs. Paola, who lives on the upper floor, was very kind, hospitable, and always available for everything. Surely if I return to this beautiful area, I will stay again in the Sirolo Summer apartment (no. 3). However, a car is essential.

The B&B Sirolo Summer 3 accommodation fully satisfied our needs for our family of 3 people plus our little dog. The location is among the housing and panoramic excellences of Italy located in the well-known Conero area, in the beautiful Marche region, situated between hills and sea with its splendid crystal-clear waters. Accommodation no. 3 is provided with both a large private garden and a covered veranda, as well as a well-equipped apartment with modern-style furnishings, like the building that is brand new and well-finished. We also thank Mrs. Paola, the owner of the structure, who was very kind in welcoming us explaining the most attractive points of the seaside area to visit and where our little dog could be welcomed on the beach without any problems. Grateful and happy with the choice made in the B&B by choosing precisely the Summer Sirolo 3 accommodation that we highly recommend to all those who wish to go to the Conero area, Marche. Paola is definitely very caring and attentive, offers a truly complete apartment, very well maintained, practically new, independent, and she is interested just the right amount in how the holiday is going, paying attention to you but without being intrusive. The house is in a secluded position from the more chaotic places, with the small disadvantage that it is necessary to take the car to do almost everything. I stayed in this splendid apartment for the Immaculate Conception holiday. First of all, the owner was kind and helpful. We stayed at the Sirolo Summer property for quite a long period. If it hadn't been for the presence of the sea, I would hardly have noticed I wasn't at home. Extremely clean and welcoming apartment, almost new, equipped with every comfort even in the smallest details, thanks to the owner's attention. The outdoor space is also very nice, the location pleasantly quiet but close to everything that may be of interest or useful. The owners are very kind and welcoming. Dogs are allowed and, for me, this is like the icing on the cake. A must try.

At Paola's you can breathe a homely atmosphere! We had a great time! The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need. The kitchen, in addition to various appliances and linens, is stocked with many condiments and breakfast products. The bathroom has a courtesy line and in addition to creams and soaps, there are various other useful products. The entrance is independent with a small courtyard and has a covered parking space; privacy is guaranteed. Paola is discreet and available at the same time for anything and at any time. Highly recommended!
