The apartment consists of one bedroom, a bathroom, and a cozy entrance area with a kitchenette, which includes a table, sofa, television, and refrigerator.

Located on the ground floor, the accommodation has been fully renovated and features a security door for maximum safety. Additionally, there are no steps to navigate when entering the building or the apartment, making access easy.

Although breakfast is not provided, the kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary utensils for guests to prepare their own meals.

The apartment's prime location allows for easy access to all parts of the city and the beautiful Marche region, and it is just a short walk from Ugo Bassi square. The bathroom has recently been updated, along with the rest of the apartment.

The apartment is located in the area well served to plan Ancona. 60 meters from the main bus station all the Conero Bus. Stop here hotlines in all areas of the city and many suburban lines including those for Portonovo, Numana, Hospital Towers and INRCA. The headquarters of the Navy is 550 meters, within walking distance. The station is 1 km all on the flat. The area is equipped with restaurants, pizzerias, coffee shops, also the indoor market. The nearest pizzeria is the MIAMI 23 meters from home. The indoor arena is 1, 2 km walk in 15 minutes, the whole plain. With the fourth line you can reach both the faculties of Monte D'August that the City Center. The stop is 30 meters from the house. also convenient for the Hospital Salesi, and the beach of Passetto. Ample free parking near the apartment if you want to embark and leave the machine for several days. The ferry terminals are 1, 9 km to reach on foot with the trolley because everything in plain. The ticket offices are also nearby. Walk more than 30 minutes you are at Pier Gates.

Strategically advantageous location for participants in the Navy competition: the apartment is located 3 minutes from the selection center in Via della Marina and a 15-minute walk from the station. We were welcomed in a comfortable and clean environment, offering all the amenities (equipped bathroom and kitchen) for a pleasant stay. Add to this an excellent value for money and you have Valeria's house. Thank you.

Mrs. Valeria is truly a lovely person! The structure is in a central area from which you can easily reach both the Navy recruitment center and the station and the city center, very well served! I recommend it to everyone!

First of all, I would like to greet Mrs. Valeria who welcomed me very well in her bed & breakfast, which is very clean and tidy and always well stocked for a good breakfast. Then, I would like to say that the location is excellent for those who need to undergo the psycho-physical tests for the Navy, as it is less than a 5-minute walk away. I didn't have much time to visit the area, but it seemed quite calm and hospitable. Regards, Pasquale Meo.
