Located in the center of Marcelli, on the seafront, just 20 meters from the beach.

A brand new Bed & Breakfast created with the highest standards of comfort and privacy, combined with a friendly family management. The accommodation presented on our website offers the best in terms of facilities, furnishings, and services to make your stay in Numana a truly enjoyable experience. Breakfast is served in the beautiful equipped garden or in the veranda room from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. Bath and bed linen are carefully washed and sterilized by specialized companies, just like in hotels.

The car park is fenced and lockable.

We have double and triple rooms, all with private bathrooms, mini-fridges, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, desk, and luggage rack. For families or business stays, we have created a Suite-Family Room, consisting of two communicating double rooms with a central common area and a private bathroom, suitable for accommodating 5/6 people.

Since all the rooms have direct access from the garden, you will be given the keys directly, to be returned upon departure, with the only obligation to respect the cleaning schedule.

Safety systems are present in all rooms: Emergency light; Bathroom emergency call bell; Fireproof furnishings and equipment; Daily cleaning of rooms with non-toxic NO-TOX products.

The rooms are furnished and treated in a way that can also accommodate customers with allergies. For this reason, we cannot accept pets.

Breakfast, included in the room price, is served from 7:30 to 11:00 in the garden or in the veranda room. The breakfast menu includes: tea, coffee, cappuccino, barley, hot chocolate, high-quality milk, soy milk, fruit juices, freshly squeezed fruit juices, soft yogurts with various toppings, pastries and brioches, tarts, cake, fresh fruit salad, bread, butter, and jams.

For a quick snack, we offer a wide selection of salads, caprese salad, ham and melon, sandwiches, typical cold cuts and cheese platter, stuffed sandwiches, piadina with rocket, tomato, stracchino cheese, ham, salad, etc. etc.

At 6:00 pm, we serve an aperitif with finger food and freshly baked pizza.

The property is fully fenced: the garden is tree-lined and equipped for enjoying takeaway meals in perfect relaxation and privacy.

Welcome to Numana!
Angela Santinelli comes from a family that has made history in Marcelli; already in 1964, her father Silvano and her mother Virginia managed a Bar-Dairy that would later become, in our days, the famous Gelato Bar by Silvano with a production of high-quality artisanal ice cream.

Your welcome and stay on the Conero Riviera are taken care of by Angela's family.

Daniele, her husband, together with their daughters Giulia and Flavia, takes care of reservations management, the website, and communication; Angela coordinates breakfast, room service, and the maintenance of the rooms and the garden, while their young son Andrea Federico answers any questions about the world of football.

Lovely place. The room was extremely clean and fragrant. Very well-kept garden. We always ate take-out in the garden. Staff was really kind and helpful.

We booked a double room at Angela's Rooms B&B and we were very happy with it. The staff is very kind and helpful, and breakfast is excellent. The facility is located a few steps from the beach and has private parking.

There is not much to say. The room was excellent, well equipped, with the only flaw being the few and too soft pillows. As for breakfast, more could have been done, perhaps a bit richer and with more choices. A special mention goes to the owners, who are exquisite people, very kind and with good organizational skills. In an overall evaluation, a 9 1/2 is appropriate.

New structure, close to the beach and the center. Welcoming and helpful managers. Large and clean room. Pleasant garden space in front of the room, where, in addition to breakfast, you can also have a light meal (the managers provide plates and cutlery). Excellent.

Friendly and welcoming staff, clean ground floor room, well-furnished, functional and spacious bathroom. Each room has a table and chairs, a cot, and a deck chair in the garden outside. Breakfast is served at the adjacent bar, managed by the B&B owners, and you can choose anything. Strategic location to reach the beaches of Conero, with or without a car. There is a free shuttle that passes a few meters away and takes you free of charge and without stress from Marcelli to the main locations.

Ideal location for a relaxing holiday, away from stress but still close to the centers of Numana and Sirolo. The sea is beautiful. Small and modern B&B in a central position in Marcelli, very close to the sea, with three rooms equipped with independent entrances and a garden with a table and chairs for guests. The room is spacious, carefully furnished, and has a small fridge. The bathroom and shower are top-notch. WiFi available. Convenient parking provided by the property in a small area adjacent to the B&B. Excellent welcome from Angela and Daniele. Breakfast is served at the property's ice cream bar, adjacent to the B&B. Don't expect the variety of a classic buffet breakfast, but the quality is unquestionable. Daily room service. The care of the structure and the service fully justifies the expense. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful beachfront bed and breakfast from July 18th to 25th. Excellent welcome from Angela and Daniele along with all the staff. Excellent location, beautiful sea. The room is very nice, spacious, carefully furnished, and finally a shower worthy of its name! Everything was perfect, exceeding our expectations! We highly recommend it. Great location if you want to stay in the center of Marcelli, a stone's throw from the beach. Good cleanliness, spacious triple room with a small fridge. Tight parking space, but fortunately, even with a long car and the kind help of the owner, I always managed to park. Outdoor garden with table and chairs, where if you don't want to go out in the evening, you can get something to eat there and the owners provide you with plates, cutlery, and glasses. This is a great service, the only downside is the breakfast that you have to have at the bar like any other customer and therefore limited. Read the rules in the room, otherwise, you will make a bad impression like us. If you are used to a B&B where they ask you and prepare everything for you without limits, it's not the case here. If you want an extra croissant, you have to pay for it. You are only entitled to one! What a pity.

My first time in a B&B, what can I say, the room brand new large and clean with a small refrigerator, but effective. Great location very close to the sea, garden next to the room, with a table and chairs and sun loungers. We had a great relaxing holiday. The B&B is very nice and the hospitality of Angela and Daniele, as well as the courtesy of their collaborators, is exquisite, not to mention the excellent breakfasts with the possibility to change every morning according to the mood of the day! Excellent location near the beach and also the possibility to choose a different restaurant every evening made us appreciate the holiday 'free' from the hotel's schedules. We also enjoyed the ice creams from the family ice cream shop that closed our evening walks! Highly recommended! Pitolini Family.
