Description
Located in the center of Marcelli, on the seafront, just 20 meters from the beach.

A brand new Bed & Breakfast created with the highest standards of comfort and privacy, combined with a friendly family management. The accommodation presented on our website offers the best in terms of facilities, furnishings, and services to make your stay in Numana a truly enjoyable experience. Breakfast is served in the beautiful equipped garden or in the veranda room from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. Bath and bed linen are carefully washed and sterilized by specialized companies, just like in hotels.

The car park is fenced and lockable.

We have double and triple rooms, all with private bathrooms, mini-fridges, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, desk, and luggage rack. For families or business stays, we have created a Suite-Family Room, consisting of two communicating double rooms with a central common area and a private bathroom, suitable for accommodating 5/6 people.

Since all the rooms have direct access from the garden, you will be given the keys directly, to be returned upon departure, with the only obligation to respect the cleaning schedule.

Safety systems are present in all rooms: Emergency light; Bathroom emergency call bell; Fireproof furnishings and equipment; Daily cleaning of rooms with non-toxic NO-TOX products.

The rooms are furnished and treated in a way that can also accommodate customers with allergies. For this reason, we cannot accept pets.

La colazione di ANGELA'S ROOMS B&B
Breakfast, included in the room price, is served from 7:30 to 11:00 in the garden or in the veranda room. The breakfast menu includes: tea, coffee, cappuccino, barley, hot chocolate, high-quality milk, soy milk, fruit juices, freshly squeezed fruit juices, soft yogurts with various toppings, pastries and brioches, tarts, cake, fresh fruit salad, bread, butter, and jams.

For a quick snack, we offer a wide selection of salads, caprese salad, ham and melon, sandwiches, typical cold cuts and cheese platter, stuffed sandwiches, piadina with rocket, tomato, stracchino cheese, ham, salad, etc. etc.

At 6:00 pm, we serve an aperitif with finger food and freshly baked pizza.

The property is fully fenced: the garden is tree-lined and equipped for enjoying takeaway meals in perfect relaxation and privacy.

Welcome to Numana!
Angela Santinelli comes from a family that has made history in Marcelli; already in 1964, her father Silvano and her mother Virginia managed a Bar-Dairy that would later become, in our days, the famous Gelato Bar by Silvano with a production of high-quality artisanal ice cream.

Your welcome and stay on the Conero Riviera are taken care of by Angela's family.

Daniele, her husband, together with their daughters Giulia and Flavia, takes care of reservations management, the website, and communication; Angela coordinates breakfast, room service, and the maintenance of the rooms and the garden, while their young son Andrea Federico answers any questions about the world of football.

Lovely place. The room was extremely clean and fragrant. Very well-kept garden. We always ate take-out in the garden. Staff was really kind and helpful.

We booked a double room at Angela's Rooms B&B and we were very happy with it. The staff is very kind and helpful, and breakfast is excellent. The facility is located a few steps from the beach and has private parking.

There is not much to say. The room was excellent, well equipped, with the only flaw being the few and too soft pillows. As for breakfast, more could have been done, perhaps a bit richer and with more choices. A special mention goes to the owners, who are exquisite people, very kind and with good organizational skills. In an overall evaluation, a 9 1/2 is appropriate.

New structure, close to the beach and the center. Welcoming and helpful managers. Large and clean room. Pleasant garden space in front of the room, where, in addition to breakfast, you can also have a light meal (the managers provide plates and cutlery). Excellent.

Friendly and welcoming staff, clean ground floor room, well-furnished, functional and spacious bathroom. Each room has a table and chairs, a cot, and a deck chair in the garden outside. Breakfast is served at the adjacent bar, managed by the B&B owners, and you can choose anything. Strategic location to reach the beaches of Conero, with or without a car. There is a free shuttle that passes a few meters away and takes you free of charge and without stress from Marcelli to the main locations.

Località per una villeggiatura riposante, lontana dallo stress ma comunque attigua ai centri di Numana e Sirolo. Mare bellissimo. Piccolo e moderno B&B in posizione centrale a Marcelli e vicinissimo al mare con tre camere dotate di ingressi indipendenti con giardino fornito di tavolino e sedie a disposizione degli ospiti. Camera spaziosa, arredata con cura, fornita anche di piccolo frigo. Bagno e doccia di livello superiore. WiFi disponibile. Prezioso parcheggio messo a disposizione dalla proprietà in piccola area adiacente al B&B. Ottima l’accoglienza di Angela e Daniele. Colazione servita al bar gelateria della proprietà, attiguo al B&B. Non aspettatevi la varietà delle classiche colazioni a buffet ma non se ne discute la qualità. Servizio in camera quotidiano. La cura della struttura e del servizio giustifica ampiamente la spesa. Consigliatissimo. Riccardo.

Io e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo bed and breakfast fronte spiaggia dal 18 al 25 luglio. Ottima accoglienza di Angela e Daniele insieme a tutto lo staff. Posizione eccellente, mare bellissimo. La camera molto bella, spaziosa, arredata con cura e finalmente una doccia degna di tale nome! Tutto perfetto, superiore alle nostre aspettative! Posizione ottima se vuoi stare in centro a Marcelli due passi dalla spiaggia. Pulizia buona, stanza da tre ampia con piccolo frigo. Posto auto stretto ma per fortuna anche con auto lunga ed aiuto gentile del proprietario ho sempre posteggiato. Giardino esterno con tavolino e sedie che se di sera non vuoi uscire puoi andarti a prendere qualcosa e mangiare li ed i proprietari ti danno piatti, posate e bicchieri. Questo è' un ottimo servizio, unica nota dolente è' la colazione che la fai al bar come un qualsiasi cliente ed è' perciò limitata, quindi o questo o quello leggete il regolamento in stanza altrimenti fate una brutta figura come noi.. Se sei abituato ad un B&B dove ti chiedono e ti preparano di tutto senza metterti dei limiti lì non è' così, se vuoi una brioches in più la paghi. Ne hai diritto ad una sola! Peccato.

La mia prima volta in un B&B, che dire, la camera nuovissima grande e pulita con un piccolo frigo, ma efficace. Ottima posizione vicinissima al mare, giardino adiacente la camera, con tavolino e sedie e sdraio. Complimenti ai gestori, senza dimenticare la colazione con una varietà di paste dolci fantastica. Abbiamo trascorso delle ottime vacanze all'insegna del relax.. il B&B è molto carino e l'ospitalità di Angela e Daniele così come la cortesia dei loro collaboratori squisita, per non parlare delle ottime colazioni con la possibilità di variare tutte le mattine a seconda dell'estro della giornata! Ottima la posizione vicina alla spiaggia e anche la possibilità di scegliere un ristorante diverso tutte le sere ci ha fatto apprezzare la vacanza "libera" dagli orari dell'hotel..abbiamo gustato anche i gelati della gelateria di famiglia che chiudevano le nostre passegiate serali!
