Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 16 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 15 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The place is perfectly located in the hearth of town, walking distance to amazing white sand beaches. The host (Marco) was very helpful and he always strive to do the extra mile to make guest comfortable.

Marco was a wonderful host, who called us to check what time we’d like to check in, met us to show us where to park, walked us through everything we had on site at his hotel, and even made us a coffee the next morning! Absolutely fab room, spacious, light and amazingly clean (looked new).

Molto importante di questi tempi trovare strutture pulite e igienizzate e Alemar rispetta in pieno questa aspettativa. Il paesaggio poi completa la bellezza del soggiorno.

La struttura è veramente in una posizione ottima di Sirolo, centrale. Posto auto garantito e tanta cordialità. Stanza ampia e ottima pulizia. Colazione presso bar convenzionati: divertente provarli tutti. Molto soddisfatti!

Colazione non prevista in struttura, ma vengono forniti buoni per fare colazione nei bar situati nei pressi del B&B. Gestore molto gentile e disponibile.

Marco è il perfetto padrone di casa: attento, premuroso, cortese in una location elegante, bella, minimal ma funzionale. La struttura è nuova, pulitissima, tranquilla e silenziosa pur essendo in pieno centro. La colazione viene offerta a scelta in uno dei 3 bar centrali di Sirolo. Sono a disposizione un parcheggio auto riservato e lo sconto presso lo stabilimento più carino di spiaggia san Michele e Sassi Neri. Una piacevole vacanza. Consiglio sicuramente Alemar.

Eleganza e relax definiscono questa struttura a due passi dal centro. Camere nuovissime e arredate con gusto. Pulizie al top. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato pochi giorni a cavallo di ferragosto quanto è bastato per scrivere un'ottima recensione. Belle camere, pulite e ben rifinite, ottima la location e poi che dire Marco, il proprietario molto disponibile, simpatico. Consiglio chiunque a soggiornarvi in questo bel pezzo d'Italia.

Nel cuore del centro storico, ad 1 minuto dalla splendida piazza di Sirolo dove i sapori locali si sposano con una vista mozzafiato sul mare, super ! Alemar ha ricavato delle splendide camere indipendenti, rinnovando un fabbricato storico, senza tuttavia stravolgerne l'architettura. Al contrario ha saputo valorizzare gli elementi preesistenti, aggiungendo delle migliorie così da rendere il soggiorno confortevole sotto ogni profilo. Il Conero regala paesaggi unici e di tante strutture visitate in zona devo riconoscere che la posizione, le camere completamente nuove, il rapporto servizio/prezzo di questa struttura sono la soluzione vincente. Ammetto di essere entusiasta del fine settimana trascorso, così ringrazio Marco, il padrone di casa, che con simpatia e competenza mi ha seguito e consigliato bene su come muovermi per godermi al massimo questo splendido angolo di Marche. Grazie, alla prossima.
