Alessandro welcomes you to the Bed and Breakfast "AlCivico 3", its welcome and availability combined with a family atmosphere, quiet and reserved, will make your stay in the structure pleasant and serene. "AlCivico 3" was born in 2017 following a complete renovation of the villa, in a very quiet and quiet residential area of Civitanova Marche, 10 minutes from the sea and a few steps from the outlets that attract people from all over Italy. Spacious and clean room, friendly owner, and breakfast with pastries of our choice. Everything was perfect. The location is not close to the sea, but we stayed for a match at the Eurosuole Forum, so for our needs the location was convenient.

My sister and I were in town to see Lucio Corsi perform live at Mind Festival, so we booked a couple of nights at IlCivico3 as we were attracted by the great reviews and wanted to use the opportunity to spend some time in Civitanova Marche. I can wholeheartedly agree with all the positive comments that have been written about this B&B. Alessandro is a fabulous host, very attentive to all your needs, friendly and welcoming. We made an immediate connection and I can truly say I would recommend this B&B to anyone who is planning to spend a few nights in Civitanova Marche. By the time we left we felt like we were saying goodbye to an old friend. Breakfast is very generous, with plenty of choices for the sweet-toothed and those who prefer a savoury breakfast. The rooms have been recently renovated and are immaculate, with A/C, a TV, a small fridge and coffee-making facilities. Parking on site can be requested and reserved at no extra cost (if available). We found the location to be good although not so near the beach front. We walked everywhere and had no problems getting around. Very happy with our stay and would definitely go back if the opportunity arises again. Thank you Alessandro!

Alessandro is a lovely person. He welcomed me with kindness and professionalism. It was easy to get to the property. The room is very nice, modern, comfortable and cozy. Cleaning is top-notch! I will definitely return even for longer periods.

The site is very understandable, with the possibility to choose the breakfast for the following day. Communication with customers is also done via Whatsapp, with all the necessary information. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable, with a very comfortable bed and attention to detail in the decoration, along with the kindness of Alessandro... I wouldn't want to leave out other details, to describe how a b&b like this comes close to the definition of impeccable! A little paradise, thank you very much!

The only small downside is the slightly decentralized location which requires taking the car to the center. Super quality/price ratio.
