Alce di Mare is a holiday home located in the heart of Fano's historic center, perfect for those who want to explore the city on foot without giving up proximity to the sea. The apartment, recently renovated and featuring a private entrance on the ground floor, offers functional and welcoming spaces designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The accommodation includes a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, and a kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils, providing everything needed for a convenient and relaxing stay. For longer stays, linen and towel changes as well as weekly cleaning are included. This lodging is an ideal choice for couples, families with children, or friends traveling together, thanks to its strategic location and the many services available nearby.

The location of Alce di Mare allows you to experience Fano in the most genuine way. The house is just a short walk from Piazza XX Settembre, the city’s central square, and approximately 300 meters from the beach, making it easy to switch between strolls among historical landmarks and relaxing moments by the sea.

In the immediate vicinity, there are supermarkets, a post office, bars, restaurants, shops, tobacco stores, hairdressers, and numerous commercial activities, eliminating the need to use a car. The lively city market, the excavations of the Basilica of Vitruvius, and the main attractions of the town center are all within a few minutes’ walk, as is the train station. For those arriving by car, it is also possible to request a ZTL permit to access the entrance of the property, making the stay even more convenient.

The stay at Alce di Mare was perfect. The apartment is new, functional and very nice, a short walk from the center and close to the sea. The owner Elena is very kind and attentive to our every request. What can I say... everything was magnificent, we will definitely return. Fano, a beautiful city full of surprises that steals your heart. ❤️.
