Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 30 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 29 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 30% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Questo B&B è favoloso, pulizia eccezionale, camera spaziosa e silenziosa, una posizione da sogno in riva al mare e vicinissima alla stazione, una colazione con brioche freschissime. Cosa dire di più? La gentilezza della Sig.ra Agnese che ci ha accolto con l'ospitalità e la solarita di questa meravigliosa regione, le Marche, che non avevamo mai visitato ma in cui ritorneremo quanto prima. Grazie di cuore, abbiamo trascorso una bellissima e rilassantissima vacanza. Cinzia e Andrea
