Description
Our beautiful farmhouse is located within a vast 4-hectare property. Built in the early 1900s, we have completely renovated it while maintaining and respecting its original structure. It spans three floors, including a basement and an adjacent outbuilding. The basement has been transformed into an olive mill for the production of our oil, thanks to our olive grove consisting of approximately 1000 olive trees of different local varieties, which allow us to obtain high-quality oil.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all comforts, a breakfast room, and, if desired, a place to prepare small meals.
The first floor of the farmhouse consists of two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a separate mini apartment, both with access to a large terrace.
L'ulivo farmhouse offers four comfortable rooms, designed to make visitors feel at ease and immerse them in the flavors and colors of the Marche countryside.
Attention to detail and passion in renovating the spaces contribute to making guests' stay pleasant and relaxing.
The outdoor areas are equipped for the entertainment of children and pets (if you wish to bring them with you).
We will take care of organizing your days according to your specific needs, so that your stay at our farmhouse is enjoyable, friendly, and above all, meets your expectations.

Nice place, super new. Unfortunately, it was not possible to have breakfast due to the Covid emergency. The only thing, I have never experienced in B&Bs that the room was not cleaned again. Maybe this is also due to the Covid emergency. Giuliano and his parents are exquisite and not intrusive at all. Recommendation. And do not miss Corinaldo and the Taverna Nuova.
