The six uniquely designed rooms have been created through careful renovation and are furnished with antique furniture. The terracotta floors, wooden beam ceilings, and meticulously crafted details give each space an authentic charm. Guests can enjoy spacious common areas, including a bright and elegant main lounge and a cozy sitting room with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and two impressive fireplaces. Each morning, breakfast is served in a dedicated salon, which also serves as a perfect setting for gatherings and social moments.

The agriturismo is ideally situated for exploring ancient medieval towns such as Montelupone and Morrovalle, as well as the beaches of Porto Recanati and Civitanova Marche, and the beautiful Conero Riviera. Surrounded by 11 hectares of olive groves, vineyards, and fruit trees, the estate invites guests to enjoy relaxing walks in nature. Although dining services are not available on-site, partnerships with local restaurants are offered.
