Description

The “Farmhouse-Camping Sbrega” began as a small family business in 2008. Our property is immersed in the green Metauro river Valley and nearest to the town of Fano (a popular seaside resort only 5Km away) which is just 5-10 minutes by car or bike or take the public bus.

The structure is composed by 3 apartments (2 studio apartments and a larger apartment) and an area for the open air tourism, with pitches for caravans / motor caravans and tents. The structure Farmhouse - Camping is in close proximity to a small farm managed by the Sbrega Family.

The farm is visited in its entirety. In the farm there are farm animals, cows and horses, raised on organic food to 100%.

We are immersed in the Metauro Valley, surrounded by rolling hills of the Marche, just 5 km from the sea and only 3 km from the city of Fano. Our farm is easily reached either by car or train, and using an efficient system of public transport, urban transit that connect easily to the sea and the city. For every need during your stay we are also just 1. 5 km from a well-stocked shopping center and multiscreen cinema. Two steps in the green can also visit the Wildlife Oasis "Urban Pond" which, together with the "Lake Sorbini" is the Laboratory of Ecology owned and operated outdoor associations Federnatura and Kronos, with funding from the Ministry of 'environment.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with great kindness and attention by the owners, who with simplicity and passion showed us their farm and told us the story of their activity. We stayed with our two-year-old daughter and found everything necessary to make her feel comfortable, including a comfortable cot already available in the accommodation. The apartment is spacious, well organized and equipped with every comfort. We spent cool, quiet nights, immersed in the sounds and colors of nature, in a relaxing and restorative atmosphere. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and truly delicious, prepared with great care. It was a wonderful experience in every respect. We thank the owners for the hospitality and attention they gave us.

The structure has great potential but is not well maintained. Good hospitality and welcome from the manager. The apartment is spacious and has all the services but, as mentioned, needs more care regarding cleanliness and the bathroom accessories, which also appear rusty.

This agritourism seems almost lost in the middle of nowhere. In reality, it is convenient to reach the highway or if you want to go to Fano, while still being a bit outside the center.

We had a pleasant stay at the Agritourism Campsite Sbrega: Mrs. Rosanà was courteous and available to meet our requests and satisfy our needs. The location is modest and essential, but there is everything necessary to spend a pleasant and comfortable holiday. The area is conveniently located to reach the center of Fano, the sea, the highway, the expressway, and the shopping center in a few minutes. Nevertheless, the area is quiet and secluded, in the middle of an agricultural area with farm animals and birds that wake you up, and the nearby industrial area is not perceived at all. Excellent value for money. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed in one of the apartments here in the structure, on the upper floor and I must say that it was very convenient as a position to reach the various points of the city and especially close to the highway. Breakfast all ok, the essentials for everything from coffee to snacks, old pans but we still cooked, excellent bed cleanliness, bathroom cleanliness in general a bit less, I cleaned it myself with a new sponge and a new cloth... but for the rest, in terms of value for money, it's more than fine.

The owners are very kind, the environment is warm and the room is clean. The bathroom is old and not very clean. Missing the hairdryer, an essential accessory for the structure. The breakfast is of low quality, if you are not demanding it can work for a quick bite.

We found this property by chance while searching on the internet and we were really happy and satisfied! Our home by the sea in Fano. The property is a 10-minute drive from the sea, in the hinterland of Fano immersed in greenery, a marvel! Even before arriving, we had all the directions to get there, the owners very kind and helpful. As soon as we arrived, we found the apartment ready, very nice, well arranged, with all the comforts, all the breakfast items ready. Outside there is a large pergola with large tables for socializing, all set up for a barbecue too. During our stay, we also had a problem with the car, the owners immediately came to help us, thank you so much for everything! The managers of the facility were extremely helpful. The lady is a great asset, she came to pick us up when we couldn't find the way, she gave us excellent directions to the sea. In the kitchen we found everything we needed. In the evening it was very pleasant: fresh breeze and silence. I recommend it to those who want to relax and recover from work stress.

Structure immersed in greenery, much appreciated both by me and my children who love nature and animals. The location is strategic because even though it's outside the town of Fano, it can still be reached in a very short time by car. The apartment, beautiful, spacious, and equipped with everything necessary, made us spend a night of true relaxation. The previous reviews are valid. The place is very quiet, not far from the sea if you have a car (about ten minutes) or if you use public services. We were two and stayed in a lovely studio, very clean and well-kept. There are many places along the coast and also the inland areas to visit, as well as the neighboring seaside resorts where, in this period, there is always some local festival or event. All this in an informal atmosphere, just what we were looking for. A special thanks to Rosanna, a simple, sensitive, and tenacious person who tries in every way to meet the needs of the guests without ever being intrusive. Catia and Mario.

Very kind, welcoming, discreet, generous, and helpful host. The large apartment is well-maintained, spacious, clean, and equipped with a kitchen. There is also a breakfast basket and a washing machine. The countryside is beautiful; it is a nice place to relax in the greenery.
