Villa Zelinda è un affittacamere a Sirolo, la celebre Perla dell’Adriatico, da anni una delle località Bandiera Blu delle Marche.
Il nostro affittacamere, completamente restaurato nel 2023, che si affaccia nel Parco del Conero. Abbiamo arredato da nuovo le camere e ogni ambiente, scegliendo dettagli freschi e confortevoli che facciano sentire i nostri ospiti come a casa.
Villa Zelinda è un affittacamere a Sirolo, la celebre Perla dell’Adriatico, da anni una delle località Bandiera Blu delle Marche.

Sirolo si trova a 125 m s. l. m. , a sud ed alle pendici del Monte Conero e confina con il mare Adriatico. La quasi totalità del suo territorio fa parte del Parco regionale del Conero, istituito nel 1987, considerato dalla Lipu tra i siti più importanti d'Italia per il birdwatchinge ricchissimo di flora, tipica della macchia mediterranea (corbezzolo, leccio, pino di Aleppo, ginestra, tasso, ecc.) e di fauna (caprioli, cinghiali, lupo appenninico, volpi, scoiattoli, faine, donnole, lepri, fagiani, starne, ghiandaie). Luogo di nidificazione del falco pellegrino, del passero solitario e della farfalla del corbezzolo, unico per quanto concerne la fascia adriatica della penisola. Dal 1994 ininterrottamente Sirolo riceve dalla FEE la Bandiera Blu per l'elevata qualità delle sue acque di balneazione e per la gestione ecosostenibile del territorio. Sirolo è anche 4 Vele di Legambiente e uno dei pochi comuni italiani ad avere la certificazione ambientale ISO 14001. Nel 2011 Sirolo è stata oggetto di un francobollo (ritraente la spiaggia denominata delle "Due Sorelle"), in tiratura limitata ed anche per i collezionisti in lamina di argento. Zona tranquilla per passare giorni di relax al 100%
