Affittacamere Torresi is located in Ancona, in the Grazie area, and is the ideal choice for anyone looking for comfortable, private and affordable accommodation in one of the most convenient parts of the city. We are just a 5-minute walk from the Marina Militare (Italian Navy) Selection Centre, making us a favourite with candidates taking the Marina Militare recruitment exam or other public competitions in Ancona who want a quiet place to prepare.

Our location is also handy for anyone needing accommodation near Villa Igea and Inrca hospitals - for patients, family members and healthcare staff - as well as for university students, graduates and their families. Just steps away, at Piazza Ugo Bassi, you will find the bus stop connecting you in minutes to Ancona's historic centre, the train station and the port, useful if you are travelling by ferry to Greece or Croatia. We are also a great base for a weekend on the Riviera del Conero (Sirolo, Portonovo, the Passetto) or a visit to the Sanctuary of Loreto, and a practical option for out-of-town workers looking for a short-term or temporary rental.

All rooms are double rooms, with a choice of twin or double beds, each with a private bathroom and an extra-large shower. Free parking, free WiFi, air conditioning and heating complete the offer.

Nice apartment in a residential complex, furnished with everything a holiday guest needs. Very friendly and helpful landlord. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. We liked it a lot, greetings, Gianmarco and Caroline.
