Small apartment within a private and reserved area, surrounded by lots of greenery. The property consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen-living room.

Via a pedestrian path, you can reach the Marina Militare (5 minutes by foot).

Well-connected to Marina Militare, Villa Igea, Inrca, Istituto Caggiari, and Palaindor.

In the surrounding area, there are many shops, restaurants, and services, as well as bus stops and terminals to reach any destination.

Classic guesthouse, clean and tidy. Convenient for those who need to reach the Affittacamere Torresi or the Navy recruitment center on foot. Breakfast not included. Satisfied.

Nice apartment in a residential complex, furnished with everything a holiday guest needs. Very friendly and helpful landlord. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. We liked it a lot, greetings, Gianmarco and Caroline.
