The property features two double rooms with kitchenettes, one of which has a balcony, as well as a twin room that can accommodate single beds or be combined according to guests' needs. All accommodations are very bright, thanks to large windows, and come with a private bathroom.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a minibar, a coffee machine, free Wi-Fi, and a complimentary bathroom kit. To start the day off right, a welcome basket for breakfast is provided, including coffee, milk, toast, butter, and jam.
Bed and bath linens, meticulously sanitized, are included and consist of a bath towel, a face towel, and a bidet towel for each guest. Bath linens are changed every three days, while bed linens are changed weekly.
Guests also have access to two reserved parking spaces within the property, subject to availability, as well as free parking options nearby.

The guesthouse is located very close to the center of Marcelli, making it easy to get around on foot, whether for a stroll along the coast or to access all the main amenities (bars, restaurants, beach, etc.). Additionally, just a short distance from the property, there is a shuttle stop for the free tourist transportation available during the summer, both day and night! With the shuttles, you can reach the beaches or travel between Numana and Marcelli for a leisurely walk, shopping, a carefree dinner, or to enjoy a nice evening event.
