Great location close to shops, bars, restaurants, and the sea. Disappointing the welcome from Mrs. Cristina, whom I never met in person. The assigned room did not correspond to the one booked as it had been given to other guests without any notice. The room was on the ground floor, cramped, lacking sufficient lighting and ventilation. Good availability of Mr. Ennio, in charge of the welcome, always present and willing to meet our requests as much as possible until the day of departure.

Overall good, also the location near the center and a stone's throw from the seaside promenade. The pillows need to be changed, as they are completely worn out, and the flusher, as it needs to be pulled 100 times (maybe not).

Good structure in a great location. The owner, in my opinion, should have direct contact with customers and not just by phone, even if she has an intermediary. Anyway, everything is perfect. The only thing that should be improved is the cleanliness aspect in the room.
