Description
Typical Marche farmhouse, located in a stunning panoramic location, the view extends 360 degrees from the sea, across the hills to the Gulf of Ancona, through the inland villages touching the Sibillini ridge.
Our farmhouse has been lovingly restored, uncovering and preserving the original features of the rural dwelling, everything harks back to old comforts, the rocking chairs, the bench, the loft, the lanterns, the lace canopies.
The revival of those flavors has been faithful and affectionate.
Surrounded by approximately one hectare of fenced land, bordering fields of wheat and sunflowers, the happy hillside position makes the nights pleasant, thanks to the constant and gentle breeze.
The floor dedicated to the rooms is independent, on the upper floor, equipped with a dining area and terrace, fridge and sink, allowing you to return in your own time in the evening and stay at your leisure.
We enjoy letting you taste the delicious dishes prepared in our homes: ricotta, pecorino cheese and honey, sliced meats, fresh fruit salad, jam, warm bread, seasonal dessert, black coffee, milk, various flavored teas, hot chocolate.

Living in the countryside is a lifestyle choice that can be inconvenient in many ways, but it allows you to experience time in a more natural manner. I opened the bed and breakfast approximately 12 years ago in this typical Marche farmhouse from the late nineteenth century, which I renovated with the intention of preserving all its characteristics. I offer my guests a relaxing experience in contact with nature.

The structure is very nice and the rooms are very cozy, each with a very refined style but always in line with the countryside. Clean. Very warm and helpful welcome. The place is not touristy but for those looking for tranquility and silence, 10 minutes from Senigallia. Breakfast is very varied even though it's not very homemade (no homemade cakes) but still excellent and abundant. Recommended.

Bellissimo soggiorno, struttura molto bella e l'accoglienza della signora Edda fantastica, ci siamo sentiti coccolati e a casa. Torneremo sicuramente.

Bellissimo casale sulle colline marchigiane a soli 10 minuti di macchina da Senigallia.
La stanza molto accogliente e molto buono il servizio pulizia che avveniva ogni giorno. Che dire poi della colazione varia ed abbondante.
Molto comoda la porta secondaria che da la possibilità di entrare e uscire quando si vuole senza disturbare.
Ottima accoglienza della signora Edda che con la sua gentilezza e simpatia ha reso piacevole il nostro soggiorno.
Assolutamente da consigliare.

L'hotelière est charmante et aux petits soins. Propreté impeccable (un petit détail: les joints du bac de douche de la chambre "Beata" devraient etre refaits. Calme extraordinaire de l'endroit. Tres belle vue sur la campagne.
Etape à conseiller.

Si respira aria antica, nel senso buono del termine. Accoglienza, gentilezza. Gusto retrò negli arredi, posizione strategica (nei dintorni borghi medievali, grotte di Frasassi, spiagge). Una tappa da ricordare. Grazie Edda.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti. Il tempo ideale per godere appieno di questo posto. Per amanti del genere. Il casale è in campagna in mezzo alla natura, e non c'è la tv (finalmente dico io).
Ma quando arrivi stanco dai giri della giornata, niente di meglio che godersi i passeri che stavano sull'albero davanti alla finestra. Ci è piaciuta molto anche la terrazza dove poter far asciugare le cose lavate (giriamo in moto e non possiamo portare molte cose). Colazione molto buona e la signora Edda veramente gentile.
La zona è un saliscendi continuo di colline appezzate a grano, girasole e vite. Non lontana Senigallia.

Ho girato ultimamente in B&B. Ma non ho mai trovato niente del genere. Un posto magnifico, magico, incontaminato.
Le stanze sono solo 3 ed ognuna ha un suo stile fantastico.
A me e la mia fidanzata è toccata quella con il bagno enorme.
Un profumo di lavanda delicato proveniva da ogni stanza.
Non lo consiglierei solo per paura di non trovare posto la prossima volta.
Per non parlare della cordialità della proprietaria. Un posto in cui ti senti a casa sin da subito.

Anche quest'anno siamo tornati al B&B della gentile signora Edda. Che dire: tutto come l'anno scorso, con l'aggiunta di una saletta comune più arricchita (ora ci sono anche frigo, microonde e cucinino). L'ambiente molto accogliente e pulito, il panorama bellissimo e la sensazione di relax ti fanno venire voglia di non andare via. Ideale per chi è alla ricerca di un posto di quiete. Il tutto comunque a pochi minuti da Senigallia.
Soluzione perfetta per spezzare viaggio lunghi nord-sud. Ottima la possibilità di fare colazione fino a tardi.

Per un'amante di un genuino contatto con la natura non poteva che esserci amore a prima vista con "casa di Sara". Affascinante questa casa di campagna autentica nel suo aspetto esterno, accogliente e simpatica all'interno. Molto bella la mia camera (singola) con un vasto bagno (quasi un salotto). Una vista magnifica su un paesaggio collinare indimenticabile (completo di un campo di girasoli che avrebbero sedotto lo stesso Van Gogh). Un silenzio celestiale animato soltanto dalle emozionanti voci della natura. Ringrazio infine la proprietaria per la sua gentilezza, la sua disponibilità, la sua conversazione e per gli squisiti panini fatti-in-casa, sfornati caldi per la prima colazione. Il ricordo di un soggiorno felice.

Abbiamo optato per questa soluzione leggermente "fuori mano", ma non ce ne siamo per nulla pentiti. Alla fine in pochi minuti in macchina sei al mare o a Senigallia. Bellissimo panorama e camere pulite.
