Description

Typical Marche farmhouse, located in a stunning panoramic location, the view extends 360 degrees from the sea, across the hills to the Gulf of Ancona, through the inland villages touching the Sibillini ridge.

Our farmhouse has been lovingly restored, uncovering and preserving the original features of the rural dwelling, everything harks back to old comforts, the rocking chairs, the bench, the loft, the lanterns, the lace canopies.

The revival of those flavors has been faithful and affectionate.

Surrounded by approximately one hectare of fenced land, bordering fields of wheat and sunflowers, the happy hillside position makes the nights pleasant, thanks to the constant and gentle breeze.

The floor dedicated to the rooms is independent, on the upper floor, equipped with a dining area and terrace, fridge and sink, allowing you to return in your own time in the evening and stay at your leisure.

We enjoy letting you taste the delicious dishes prepared in our homes: ricotta, pecorino cheese and honey, sliced meats, fresh fruit salad, jam, warm bread, seasonal dessert, black coffee, milk, various flavored teas, hot chocolate.

Living in the countryside is a lifestyle choice that can be inconvenient in many ways, but it allows you to experience time in a more natural manner. I opened the bed and breakfast approximately 12 years ago in this typical Marche farmhouse from the late nineteenth century, which I renovated with the intention of preserving all its characteristics. I offer my guests a relaxing experience in contact with nature.

The structure is very nice and the rooms are very cozy, each with a very refined style but always in line with the countryside. Clean. Very warm and helpful welcome. The place is not touristy but for those looking for tranquility and silence, 10 minutes from Senigallia. Breakfast is very varied even though it's not very homemade (no homemade cakes) but still excellent and abundant. Recommended.

Beautiful farmhouse on the hills of Marche just 10 minutes by car from Senigallia. The room was very cozy and the cleaning service was very good, done every day. And what about the varied and abundant breakfast. Very convenient the secondary door that allows to enter and exit when you want without disturbing. Excellent welcome from Mrs. Edda who with her kindness and friendliness made our stay enjoyable. Absolutely recommendable. Emanuela.

The landlady is charming and caring. Impeccable cleanliness (a small detail: the seals of the shower tray in the room "Beata" should be redone. Extraordinary calm of the place. Very nice view of the countryside.\nStage to recommend.

One can breathe ancient air, in the good sense of the term. Hospitality and kindness. Retro taste in the furnishings, strategic location (surrounded by medieval villages, Frasassi caves, beaches). A stop to remember. Thank you Edda.

We stayed for 4 nights. The ideal time to fully enjoy this place. For lovers of this kind. The farmhouse is in the countryside, surrounded by nature, and there is no TV (finally I say).\n\nBut when you arrive tired from the day's tours, there is nothing better than enjoying the sparrows perched on the tree in front of the window. We also really liked the terrace where we could dry the washed clothes (we travel by motorcycle and cannot carry many things). Very good breakfast and Mrs. Edda is really kind.\n\nThe area is a continuous series of hills cultivated with wheat, sunflowers, and vines. Not far from Senigallia.

I have recently traveled in bed and breakfasts. However, I have never found anything like this. A magnificent, magical, unspoiled place. There are only three rooms, and each has its fantastic style. My girlfriend and I got the one with the huge bathroom. A delicate lavender scent came from every room. I would not recommend it only for fear of not finding a place next time. Not to mention the friendliness of the owner. A place where you feel at home right away.

Once again this year we returned to the B&B of the kind lady Edda. What can I say: everything is as it was last year, with the addition of a more enriched common room (there is now also a fridge, microwave, and kitchenette). The environment is very welcoming and clean, the view is beautiful and the feeling of relaxation makes you want to stay longer. It is ideal for those looking for a quiet place. Everything is still just a few minutes from Senigallia. A perfect solution for breaking long trips from north to south. Excellent the possibility to have breakfast until late.

For a lover of genuine contact with nature, there could only be love at first sight with "A Casa di Sara". Charming is this authentic country house in its external appearance, welcoming and friendly inside. My room (single) was very beautiful with a vast bathroom (almost like a living room). A magnificent view of an unforgettable hilly landscape (complete with a field of sunflowers that would have seduced Van Gogh himself). A heavenly silence animated only by the exciting voices of nature. Finally, I thank the owner for her kindness, her availability, her conversation, and for the exquisite homemade sandwiches, baked warm for breakfast. The memory of a happy stay.

We opted for this slightly "out of the way" solution, but we did not regret it at all. In the end, in a few minutes by car, you are at the sea or in Senigallia. Beautiful panorama and clean rooms.
