Description
Hello, we welcome you for a few days of relaxation and beach in the center of Marche, between Porto Recanati and Porto Potenza Picena.

We are located along the coast, and you can reach the sandy beach of the Adriatic Sea by foot or bike. You can also easily explore the hinterland, with numerous cultural and gastronomic itineraries.

"At Pici's House" is a B&B for those who seek a family atmosphere and a tranquil corner from which to start exploring the wonderful Marche region if you wish.

The rooms come with a private bathroom, independent entrance, TV, and air conditioning.

The house, an old farmhouse, with a private garden, is surrounded by the Parco dei Laghetti where you can take refreshing walks.

The B&B is located in an excellent position to facilitate excursions to the Marche towns and villages.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 20 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Our bed and breakfast is located between Porto Recanati and Porto Potenza Picena, just a few meters away from the beach. The beach is easily accessible by foot or bike (provided by the B&B), with a convenient bike path. Additionally, the B&B is located just a few kilometers away from many charming towns in the Marche region. The house itself is cozy and elegant, and the garden is available for guests to relax and enjoy the sea breeze.

We stayed at Sandro and Daniela's place the third week of September and we really enjoyed it. The place is top-notch, simple but great breakfast, with cakes and cookies made by Daniela and Sandro and Daniela are really friendly and helpful people. Don't miss the bike tour on Conero accompanied by Sandro! We hope to see you again soon.

Family-run property by Sandro and Daniela. Excellent breakfast especially Daniela's desserts made with high-quality raw materials. A strategic place for those looking for just the sea or visits to various locations. Monte Conero nearby with interesting itineraries, also recommended by Sandro. A place that I highly recommend. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo B&B la settimana dopo Ferragosto, comincio con la calorosità dei proprietari! Veramente molto accoglienti e ti fanno davvero sentire come fossi a casa tua. La location è davvero super rilassante in mezzo al verde curatissimo della struttura e circondato da un Oasi spettacolare con laghetti annessi. In quanto a "calorosità" poi non dimentichiamo che abbiamo avuto la sventura che si accendesse il termosifone in pieno Agosto, risolta prontamente da Sandro ! Daniela moglie e cuoca di torte super, la dolcezza in persona. Siamo stati molto molto bene, lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole staccare la spina anche per x 1 Weekend, magari anche in inverno, il termo funziona. Spero di tornare presto a trovarvi un abbraccio, Marzia, Cristian, Micol

Daniela e Sandro sono carinissimi. Disponibili e, nello stesso tempo, riservati. Abbiamo trascorso davvero 4 giorni di relax vicinissimi al mare che con le bici fornite da Sandro hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno “ecologico”. Di solito non lo faccio ma stavolta mi sento di consigliare “a casa di Pici “ a chiunque voglia trascorrere un periodo di relax in famiglia .

Un posto molto carino gestito da una bellissima famiglia. Meravigliosi Sandro e Daniela per gentilezza ed ospitalità. Molto ricche le colazioni preparate con cura. Il mare è a pochi passi e facilmente raggiungibile con le bici messe a disposizione degli ospiti. La struttura si affaccia su un laghetto che permette di fare delle tranquille passeggiate nel verde.

Conosco la struttura ed i proprietari da diversi anni. Un posto incantevole dove passare giornate serene e confortevoli. La Famiglia Mancini saprà accogliervi con tutta la professionalità e cortesia che li contraddistingue, offrendovi ogni comfort ed assecondando il più possibile le vostre esigenze. La colazione è davvero ottima ed abbondante, tutto fatto in casa da mani esperte. La casa è immersa nel verde in un'oasi di pace. Il mare è dall'altra parte della strada. Insomma, c'è davvero tutto quello che serve per passare una buona vacanza, sia che siate in coppia, con amici o in famiglia. Molto adatto anche a chi ha bambini. Provare per credere!

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti già dall'accoglienza, quanto alla camera non si può richiedere di più c'è tutto (aria condizionata, TV, asciugacapelli, ecc...) Il bagno come gli spazi comuni sono molto puliti e ordinati. I proprietari inoltre mettono a disposizione lettini, amaca e biciclette per spostarsi fino alla vicina spiaggia. La posizione è leggermente defilata dal centro comunque comoda (in auto) sia per Potenza che per Porto Recanati. Beh in poche parole assolutamente da consigliare! Grazie ai proprietari per il soggiorno!

Casa di fine 800..Bel posto! Accoglienza e gestione impeccabile, vero B&B gestito da una bella famiglia. Giardino molto curato, segnaliamo una ottima colazione con dolci fatti in casa!!!
