Renovated with great care and attention to detail, La Casa di LoLu reflects the taste and passion of its owners, providing guests with a warm and authentic welcome. The atmosphere in the spaces is the result of careful interior design and furnishings inspired by a Provencal-maritime style, which harmoniously blends the coastal culture of Grottammare with the charm of the hilly Marche countryside.

The six spacious, bright rooms are thoughtfully decorated and equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, and internet access. Each room also has its own outdoor area, including covered terraces, balconies, or sun decks, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility.

Guests have access to a living area with a terrace and a large, functional shared kitchen. The property ensures daily cleaning of the rooms and weekly linen changes, with the option for additional requests. Simple room for two, new, very clean, equipped with everything you need. Great location: the sea is right there as soon as you go down the stairs and the center is a 15-minute walk along the wonderful promenade. We like to ride a bike and it was included in the price: ok for us... great for reaching San Benedetto del Tronto too. Sweet breakfast with homemade and delicious products. Thanks to Danilo and mom for their kindness, welcome, availability, and chats. It all feels a bit like home. We had a good time. Maybe some people might not like the train passing by, but it wasn't a problem for us. We include the B&B among those where we would be happy to return.

It is exactly as described, clean and tidy rooms, large and bright bathroom which is not a detail. Breakfast is served in a nice internal garden, very green and fresh. Amedeo and Anna, the managers, are very good and welcoming. The sea is 300 meters away, very easy to reach.

We stayed 10 days at this B&B, Amedeo and Anna are two fantastic hosts. Always available and helpful in suggesting places to visit and restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfast, compliments to Anna for the preparation of delicious cakes and equally good bruschettas/pizzas.

Everything perfect! Abundant breakfast with homemade cakes, very clean rooms, well-kept and colorful decor. Just a few meters below the house, you have the bar, the tobacco shop, and the supermarket. A short walk from the promenade. The owners Amedeo and Anna always kind and helpful. A guarantee.

Finally a Bed and Breakfast that meets expectations! The rooms are very pleasant for the sober, elegant style and extremely well cared for in detail, the terraces beautiful and very pleasant, as well as the garden where you can enjoy breakfast, also varied and abundant. The B&B at Lolu's house, in one word: perfect! The owners are attentive, very kind and discreet; both architects, they have renovated the house in a marine chic theme, creating a unique environment. The breakfast in the garden is simply fantastic, as well as varied and truly homemade. The B&B is just a stone's throw from the sea and the center.

Excellent structure, managed very well by the owners with a perfect combination of care and refinement of the surroundings and the availability and courtesy of Amedeo and Anna. We returned for New Year's Eve after spending a summer vacation two years ago and found the same welcome, quality of service, and attention to details and guest requests. We stayed at Casa di Lolu for two weeks in July, two families with two daughters each. We found ourselves very well, the rooms are really pleasant, tastefully furnished, very spacious and comfortable, including a large terrace and an outdoor shower for the joy of the little girls. Breakfast is served in the garden and upon request there is the possibility to have a savory option with cold cuts and cheeses. Anna and Amedeo are very helpful, trying to meet every need. Highly recommended!

The structure is new and well cared for in detail and in the hospitality of the managers, two young architects. Excellent location for excursions or for a stay at the sea. Indoor spaces for conversation, it almost feels like a small hotel. Spacious and well-furnished rooms. Careful and abundant breakfast. What more can I say. A surprise found by chance. We will return in spring to enjoy the sea.

A different B&B from the usual ones. The hotel service, daily cleaning, and biweekly change of sheets and towels distinguish A casa di Lolu from most B&Bs. Additionally, not negligible, the opportunity to use the kitchen with all the necessary accessories and appliances. You feel at home with two excellent hosts Amedeo and Anna who are always at your disposal. Well done and best wishes!

Wonderful structure, very well cared for in every detail. Everything you may need is located just outside the house and the sea can be reached in a few minutes by bicycle. The owner is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Excellent and new structure with spacious and clean apartments but above all comfortable. The manager is extremely available and courteous. The location is perfect, 200 meters from the sea, even for children. The price is convenient in relation to the quality of the structure and services. I will definitely return.
