What guests say

Guests highlight the property’s modern, clean and comfortable rooms, as well as its convenient location within walking distance of the town centre, beach and local services. Private parking is a welcome bonus, and Chiara is often praised for her warm, attentive hosting. A few reviews mention road noise or limited sound insulation, and one notes dampness in a room; some beaches also require a longer walk.

Property in excellent condition, recently renovated, very conveniently located in the center of the town and a few steps from the sea. The Relax room, in addition to a private entrance, benefits from a small private courtyard. An added value is the reserved parking space. Thank you Chiara for your availability.

We booked this room for our daughter during a holiday in Numana and were very satisfied. The owner proved to be extremely kind, helpful and attentive to every need. The room was spotless, cozy and very pretty. In addition, having a parking space available just a few steps from the sea and the town center was a real added value. An absolutely positive experience, highly recommended!

Fabulous! Top cleanliness and a strategic location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Small guesthouse that is a true gem. Impeccable cleanliness and very comfortable rooms. The location is the real strength: very close to the sea, ideal for leaving the car behind. There is also free parking right under the house. A special mention for the owner, very kind and extremely helpful. A small supermarket is also a short walk away. Despite the proximity to the beach, the apartment is very quiet, so much that in the morning you wake up to the chirping of the birds. I will definitely return! Excellent value for money, we felt at home!.

Buona vita! Chiara.

Beautiful property, really just a few steps from everything: from the most beautiful beaches of the Conero, from the center of Numana Alta and Sirolo, from the port and the supermarket, all within comfortable walking distance. Chiara is special, a person with a big heart and very helpful, even organizing a small surprise to celebrate our anniversary. The house is new and fully equipped, with air conditioning in every room. It also has a very convenient parking space right in front of the accommodation. Highly recommended!

Brand-new and very well equipped place. Very quiet; the only drawback is that it is a bit too close to the busy road and therefore somewhat noisy. On the plus side, free parking, a supermarket very nearby and everything just a few minutes away: the sea and the staircase that leads to the center of Numana Alta. The host Chiara is very kind and helpful. It feels like being at home. Highly recommended! Thank you.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay in this apartment in Numana, just steps from the harbor and therefore the sea, from which you can also comfortably reach the beaches of Numana Alta and the Frate in less than ten minutes on foot. It is also very close to the supermarket, the pharmacy, shops, restaurants and the elevated town center, which is accessed by a staircase. The location is therefore excellent for families as well as couples or groups. The apartment is brand new and equipped with all comforts, nothing negative to report. Host Chiara is impeccable; it is worth noting in particular the passion and care she puts into her guests' wellbeing: she also kindly left a small welcome gift. I have rarely found someone who contacted me during the holiday to ask if everything was going well. And what problem-solving skills! We had a small hiccup and she promptly resolved it: "problem" solved the same day (actually, within a few hours!) even though she was at work at the time. We will definitely stay with her again when we return to the Numana area. 🌸.

Chiara's house is a brand new structure that offers various housing solutions. I stayed in the "family" apartment, which is on two levels, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with all comforts. There is a small outdoor patio that should, however, be fenced due to its very close position to a high-traffic road. Otherwise, the apartment is very close to every service, from the town center, to the supermarket, to the sea. Numana was a beautiful discovery. Compliments to Chiara for her work and for how she is carrying it out. We will return!

The structure has just opened, so everything is new and functional. Convenient location to reach both the center of Numana and the beaches near the harbor. To reach the beaches of Sirolo or Marcelli, if you do not want to use your own means, there are convenient free shuttle buses, whose stop is just a few meters from the apartment. The structure is very close to a store stocked with all essential goods. Parking space adjacent to the house, very convenient. What impressed me the most is the kindness of Chiara, the owner, who is always caring and ready to accommodate any requests and suggestions. We will return as soon as possible!

Chiara and her father are helpful and kind people. The relaxation room is nice, just the right size. The problem is that being very very humid, we always slept with the entrance door open and the air conditioning did not help reduce the heavy humid air that is breathed inside the room. (Work is planned to solve this problem.) The sound insulation is not the best with the neighboring room. These are the negatives. On the positive side, I can say that the private parking is very convenient (others do not have it), the location is strategic for traveling by car. If you want to walk to the beaches (high, or towards Sirolo) you have to walk a bit. The low beach or port, on the other hand, is close. The judgment is not totally negative but also not totally positive. If those two little things are resolved, it could really be a nice situation.

stayed from 07/06/2025 to 07/13/2025

The answer from the host:
Buona Vita!
