A Casa di Chiara is a newly opened establishment located in Numana, right in the heart of the Conero Riviera, in a convenient and peaceful spot just a short walk from both the town center and the beach. The accommodations have been fully renovated to provide privacy, comfort, and functionality, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and reserved parking.

The Family option is ideal for those traveling with children: on the first floor, there is a master bedroom with an adjoining children’s room featuring a bunk bed and a spacious wardrobe, along with a bathroom equipped with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a separate living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, and a furnished private outdoor area, perfect for relaxation. A crib or toddler bed can be requested for younger guests.

The Comfort option combines space and practicality, making it suitable for both couples and families. It includes a master bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor, while the ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. A crib or toddler bed is also available upon request.

Lastly, the Relax option is designed for those seeking privacy and tranquility. It is accessed via a private external staircase leading to a master bedroom with a bathroom, equipped with a minibar and kettle, along with an exclusive furnished outdoor space. A crib or toddler bed can be requested here as well.

Clean and functional apartment, air conditioning (although we used it little), kitchen and appliances brand new, perhaps some smaller pots for pasta. But in any case it was a great stay for us, thanks to Chiara.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay in this apartment in Numana, just steps from the harbor and therefore the sea, from which you can also comfortably reach the beaches of Numana Alta and the Frate in less than ten minutes on foot. It is also very close to the supermarket, the pharmacy, shops, restaurants and the elevated town center, which is accessed by a staircase. The location is therefore excellent for families as well as couples or groups. The apartment is brand new and equipped with all comforts, nothing negative to report. Host Chiara is impeccable; it is worth noting in particular the passion and care she puts into her guests' wellbeing: she also kindly left a small welcome gift. I have rarely found someone who contacted me during the holiday to ask if everything was going well. And what problem-solving skills! We had a small hiccup and she promptly resolved it: "problem" solved the same day (actually, within a few hours!) even though she was at work at the time. We will definitely stay with her again when we return to the Numana area. 🌸.

My wife and I just stayed in the Relax room for a week. We had a wonderful time: nice property, excellently located, everything can be reached in a short time. Chiara is very kind and ready to resolve any issues. The soundproofing needs improvement. The private parking is excellent.

Great location, close to the main beaches and city centers (Numana, Sirolo, and Marcelli). Chiara, the owner, was super nice and helpful with everything. We highly recommend this property for a beach vacation!

Chiara's house is a brand new structure that offers various housing solutions. I stayed in the "family" apartment, which is on two levels, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with all comforts. There is a small outdoor patio that should, however, be fenced due to its very close position to a high-traffic road. Otherwise, the apartment is very close to every service, from the town center, to the supermarket, to the sea. Numana was a beautiful discovery. Compliments to Chiara for her work and for how she is carrying it out. We will return!

The structure has just opened, so everything is new and functional. Convenient location to reach both the center of Numana and the beaches near the harbor. To reach the beaches of Sirolo or Marcelli, if you do not want to use your own means, there are convenient free shuttle buses, whose stop is just a few meters from the apartment. The structure is very close to a store stocked with all essential goods. Parking space adjacent to the house, very convenient. What impressed me the most is the kindness of Chiara, the owner, who is always caring and ready to accommodate any requests and suggestions. We will return as soon as possible!

Chiara and her father are helpful and kind people. The relaxation room is nice, just the right size. The problem is that being very very humid, we always slept with the entrance door open and the air conditioning did not help reduce the heavy humid air that is breathed inside the room. (Work is planned to solve this problem.) The sound insulation is not the best with the neighboring room. These are the negatives. On the positive side, I can say that the private parking is very convenient (others do not have it), the location is strategic for traveling by car. If you want to walk to the beaches (high, or towards Sirolo) you have to walk a bit. The low beach or port, on the other hand, is close. The judgment is not totally negative but also not totally positive. If those two little things are resolved, it could really be a nice situation.

Ci spiace che il tuo soggiorno non sia stato eccellente e trattandosi di una struttura appena avviata accolgo con attenzione ogni suggerimento per migliorare la permanenza dei futuri ospiti. Ci tengo comunque ad evidenziare che siete capitati in una settimana di maltempo, con piogge forti culminate in una bomba d'acqua che sicuramente avrà acuito la sensazione di umidità, non percepita invece da altri utenti. Rispetto alla posizione, come dicevi, è sicuramente strategica ma non solo per chi si sposta in auto. Tutti i punti di interesse di Numana sono raggiungibili comodamente a piedi e anche per chi vuole utilizzare i mezzi la fermata è a 20 mt da casa. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, viene svolta in modo accurato da una ditta specializzata, settimanalmente e ad ogni cambio, nonché verificata da noi prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti quindi onestamente mi spiace che l'abbiate trovata appena sufficiente. E' stato comunque un piacere conoscerVi. Buona Vita!

I highly recommend this property! Chiara is a very kind person, available for anything at any time! I had a great time.
