In the past it was a mansion, today a comfortable Hotel in a quiet and large olive grove.

Hotel Villa Paradiso is located in a wonderful position, surrounded by a large olive grove, inside the city centre, a strategic point of view to start exploring the great attractions such as the ancient “Grotte di Catullo”, “Aquaria” the Thermal Wellness Centre of Terme di Sirmione, the Scaliger Castle, including a rare example of medieval port fortification and the church of San Pietro in Mavino.

It offers its guests an atmosphere of a house of the early twentieth century. You can enjoy a unique view of our majestic Lake Garda from every of our rooms. Ancient furniture and furnishings from the original family home and a large garden will give a complete peace and calm sensation.

6 comfortable rooms with a magnificent lake view, 3 double rooms and 3 suites for 3/4 guests, all equipped with bathroom, plus a two-room apartment with a large terrace complete with all services. Immersed in the green and fresh atmosphere of the large park, the hydromassage mini-pool offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation.

Outside the large windows a privileged view: the colorful garden and the lake.

Inside, the tranquility that regenerates your well-being.

The air you breathe is that of the past, the one that inspired the famous architect Giovanni Muzio who designed Villa Paradiso as a summer vacation home in 1934.

The relaxing buffet breakfast is served between 8. 00 and 10. 00 in the garden of the Villa surrounded by flowers and greenery or, if the weather does not allow it, inside the Villa in an atmosphere full of charm.

Our choice is to offer you a classic continental breakfast with the addition of typical products of our area such as DOP cheeses and local salamis.

The proposed menu gives you the possibility to choose between:

Villa Paradiso, built in 1934 It is a work by the architect Giovanni Muzio (1893-1982), the initiator and most representative exponent of the artistic movement “Novecento “ (Twentieth Century) that characterized the Italian architecture of the ’20s and ’30s.

After the war it became our property and we made it our home and kept intact until today.

At Villa Paradiso you're in the center of the peninsula of Sirmione, surrounded by a large park, cool and quiet. The olive trees, cypresses, cedars, roses, bougainvillea, jasmine, agaves and other innumerable species of tropical plants and flowers will be your mates to stay.

Such a wonderful property location right in the old town of Sirmione. The gardens and grounds are spectacular, a beautiful spot for some relaxation after a busy day exploring. The hosts are magnificent, so welcoming and accommodating. Cannot recommend this highly enough.

Villa Paradiso is beautifully located, a very nice old well-maintained house and property. Especially suitable for guests seeking tranquility. In the lovely holiday apartment, we didn't miss anything, everything was there. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view of Lake Garda.

We highly recommend the accommodation. We had the apartment, furnished with love and equipped with everything you could wish for. The kitchen also has everything you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine, and the terrace is brilliant.

Villa Paradiso is beautiful, it has a perfect location, right in the center of everything and is very close to the Thermal Baths. It has maintained the original valuable furnishings, so you can breathe an atmosphere of other times, still guaranteeing all the comforts of a recent structure. The Park is beautiful and well-kept. The Managers are very kind and very helpful. The breakfast is excellent, both sweet and savory. From our room on the second floor, we had a crazy view of the lake towards both Desenzano and Peschiera del Garda. Finally, the advantage of parking the car inside the garden is not to be underestimated knowing Sirmione. It was a beautiful experience. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved Villa Paradiso and felt so fortunate to stay there. The beautiful home and lush gardens combined with the incredible views of Lake Garda from our room made it the perfect B&B for us. Just a few doors up from Maria Callas' summer home, this beauty has gorgeous gardens tended by Sergio, one of the very welcoming owners. Cri provided a lovely breakfast and Francesca was prompt and efficient in her communications prior to our stay. The location was perfection, too. Within walking distance of the Roman ruins, the medieval church next door, Jamaica Beach, and the shopping and restaurant area, not to mention the hospitality of everyone there, makes Villa Paradiso the perfect choice for travelers to Sirmione.

We had the most amazing stay at the apartment on the grounds of Villa Paradiso. The apartment itself has a perfect location, just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Sirmione but away from all the crowds so it’s super quiet and peaceful. It’s also located very close to Jamaica beach and the Grottoes of Catullus. The grounds of Villa Paradiso are beautiful and we loved spending our evenings in the jacuzzi. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the large terrace which again was super quiet and peaceful with a lovely view of the lake and the surrounding greenery. Lastly, Francesca and her family were such lovely hosts, they were so welcoming and friendly and really made us feel right at home. The perfect base in Lake Garda!

We felt very comfortable at Sergio and his wife's place. The garden is a dream and you always find a quiet and beautiful spot here. Thanks to the private management and the limited number of guests (6 rooms and a separate apartment), there is enough private space. If we were to go back to Lake Garda, we would definitely come back here.

I stayed at Villa Paradiso with my husband and my 7-year-old daughter. The property is truly paradisiacal. You can breathe tranquility and peace immersed in a pleasant atmosphere of bygone times. We have always appreciated structures with few rooms and a lot of human warmth. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offers everything you could want, from sweet to savory. And I would like to point out that the savory section offers quality local cold cuts and cheeses. We are seriously considering returning for a longer stay, since this time we were just passing through. In the heart of Sirmione with free parking inside the property, a great convenience.

Nomen est omen - Villa Paradiso: a better name there could not be for this little paradise. Our room with 180 degree view of the lake, the house with its historic furnishings in itself, the perfectly equipped and peacefully located garden. We liked it very much.

The drive through the old town of Sirmione is a real challenge, but the sight of Villa Paradiso quickly makes you forget about it. The location is fantastic, the property is well maintained, and the hosts are great. Peace seekers will feel right at home. The old town is easily accessible on foot.

It is hard to find better: charming hosts, a breathtaking view from the room over Lake Garda, a very large well-kept garden full of flowers, walking distance to a magnificent historical site and a charming village center. A wonderful find... we certainly found a lovely place to stay at Villa Paradiso. No concerns at all. So nice to be away from a big hotel. The owners and staff were lovely and helpful. Our corner room on the top floor had a magnificent view across the gardens to lake beyond. Very quiet... only bird song. Easily stroll down into town. Avoid a public holiday though if you are driving.

Beautiful old family-owned and operated villa in the best part of Sirmione. Its location is perfect - within 100m of an 11th-century church and very close to Roman ruins of a lakeside residence in the 1st century. Wonderful experience for us. The place is amazing, outside the madness of Sirmione and next to the beaches. You feel cut off from the world! Christiana is great, when you have breakfast with her in the morning she puts you in a good mood for the day! Fatima is very kind and does a great job! Francesca is very welcoming! This place is really a "paradise" place. Situated at the very end of the historic Sirmione village, just before Jamaica beach, it enjoys a superb location and views of the lake. The property is set in beautiful gardens and is VERY quiet even if being a few steps away from the lively village. The hosts organize everything beforehand, so that you have the right to cross the ZTL zone and reach the property after crossing the village (slowly and carefully because of all the crowds). Breakfast in the garden, with numerous quality products, is a moment of happiness. We had booked the blue suite, which consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. The view from the first room was FANTASTIC, much better than the photos on TripAdvisor. The second room also offers a nice view of the lake but not as nice as the main room. You just have to ask and Sergio opens the outdoor spa for you (free). A moment of heavenly peace under the olive trees. Parking is very well organized under the trees in the garden. The property is a gem! Please go there, you will enjoy every minute. The only little set back is the air conditioner: even at the lowest setting, it barely cools the rooms a very little bit but does not air-condition the rooms. So, we slept with the windows open... the mosquitoes enjoyed every minute of our skin... but we would however go back to Villa Paradiso! We love the place! Many thanks to the fantastic hosts who run the place.

Villa Paradiso is a true paradise! The property is breathtaking and located in a spectacular location. Walkable to everything in the town. Free parking is on site. We really enjoyed the wonderful panoramic view of Lake Garda from our room. You can tell that Villa Paradiso is run by the owners themselves, everything is very personalized. The family is passionate and always very helpful. The location is truly great, the garden is so beautiful - the peace is wonderful. It's only a 5-minute walk to the old town, the public beaches are quickly accessible on foot. We can only recommend Villa Paradiso.

Hosts Francesca and Cristiana were fantastic. Welcoming, available and professional. The villa stood by its name, Villa Paradiso. It is situated in an unbelievable location, with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Within walking distance of the beaches, restaurants, and historic city center. Very quiet and charming interiors. The garden is also wonderful. Breakfast is generous, equating to a brunch. Highly recommended, I would definitely return for a longer stay.

It was a really nice surprise, didn’t expect it to be so wonderful as it is. Was a fantastic place, deserves more than 2 stars. Good size of the room, good mattresses and fantastic view over the Garda lake. Really nice garden and I like the authentic furniture in the house. Recommended!

Villa Paradiso is very charming, with its old style. The room itself is all newly equipped and nicely decorated, with a very good shower and bathroom. The landlords are charming and Francesca serves an excellent breakfast. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The breakfast was not provided because I rented the apartment which was very well equipped to make my breakfast. I recommend Villa Paradiso as the best welcome and the best address for your holidays.\n\nJust add some egg cups for the breakfast eggs. Thank you.

Fabulous villa, a truly beautiful property with a charming location and view. From the room, you could see the lake as the villa is positioned very high up. Everyone was very kind, from the lady owner to her grandchildren who help her manage. The only thing I can't review is the breakfast as it's extra, €10 per person is a bit too much for me, but it's a personal opinion. Highly recommended.

Charming owner. Very romantic place with a view of the lake. We felt like we were in a guest house. The garden is very pleasant, a place where we enjoyed having breakfast in the company of little sparrows. We have booked the place.

Hotel I recommend, magnificent view Villa Paradiso historical monument from 1900 very pleasant, the owner speaks French located very close to the Catullus cave. Very satisfied.

Che dire, ci abbiamo pernottato due notti durante una gita in moto, io e mia moglie. Piacevolissima la struttura e l'anziana proprietaria; ottima la posizione, vicina praticamente a tutto: centro, terme, spiaggia delle bionde, castello. Location amena e tranquilla, molto poetica ma, personalmente, per un soggiorno oltre le due notti, si fanno sentire la mancanza di televisore, wifi, aria condizionata e i 4€/giorno del parcheggio sono decisamente fuori luogo. Nel complesso, per una breve fuga romantica e dal caos quotidiano, la consigliamo assolutamente.

Grazie per i suoi commenti positivi, la scelta di non avere Televisori nelle camere è stata una nostra decisione in quanto volevamo garantire il massimo silenzio per i nostri ospiti, italiani e stranieri. Il WiFi è disponibile nelle zone comuni e garantisce l'accesso ad internet ai nostri clienti. Per il parcheggio riteniamo la cifra sia ragionevole considerando che siamo nel centro storico e nella zona a traffico limitato e mettiamo a disposizione un parcheggio all'interno del nostro giardino oltre 5000 mq, in uno spazio a cui accedono solo i clienti del nostro B&B.
