We stayed at Villa Imelda for the first time and were thrilled! Especially the uncomplicated approach, because we were one person more than planned at the last minute (on the day of arrival), was great. The apartment is modernly furnished with all the amenities (dishwasher/washing machine, dryer, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishes...) and very spacious. Plenty of space for 4 people (2 bedrooms). But it's also possible for 6 people, as there is a sofa bed. The Wi-Fi was good, sometimes a bit weak in the hot tub. The view from the balcony over the lake is a dream. We had initially planned to have breakfast at the adjacent Hotel Caravel, but then we did it ourselves for the view and had breakfast on the balcony. A hot tub in the garden, which is available to everyone, was the highlight. Especially in the evening, illuminated and with a view of Malcesine... There are two pools at Hotel Caravel, which can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes and can be used free of charge. The lake is about a 10-minute walk away, very nice along a small stream. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach Limone. For quick shopping, there is a small supermarket nearby. The pizzeria above Villa Imelda (Ristorante Pizzeria Tovo) is also highly recommended. We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back.
