Our establishment is a Holiday Home, a unique place for travelers who want to experience an authentic stay. You'll be surprised to know that our property is protected by the Superintendence for Fine Arts and Landscape, which means you'll be able to admire decorations and details dating back to 1908, making your stay even more charming.
Occupying approximately 500 square meters, our Vacation Home offers space and comfort for our guests. It's important to note that we are not a hotel or a B&B, but a structure regulated by regional regulations that cannot provide breakfast and daily cleaning. However, this peculiarity will allow you to enjoy the freedom to organize your days as you wish, discovering the delicious cafes and restaurants in the area.
The beauty of our property is not limited to the interiors: our park extends over 5000 square meters, offering a green space where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding nature. You can stroll among the ancient trees and breathe the fresh air, a true pleasure for your senses.
As for accommodations, we offer two apartments that can be booked separately or, if both available, even simultaneously. This potentially connecting option is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend time together while maintaining their privacy.

The location is remarkable, near the fifteenth-century village of Castiglione Olona, Villa Cagnola, Lake Varese, the Luvinate Golf Club. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, cinemas and more can be reached in 5-15 minutes by car.
Close to the structure are the villages of Gazzada Schianno, portrayed in two paintings by Bernardo Bellotto known as Canaletto, by Buguggiate, by Morazzone and by Azzate, known for the flourishing of eighteenth-century villas and houses. Villa Cagnola, museum and congress center, the Church of the Holy Virgin of Loreto, both in Gazzada, the ancient Church of Brunello, the Belvedere of Azzate and the Piana di Vegonno for relaxing walks in nature. Nice apartment in a 1920s villa with a park. One must pay close attention to the driveway entrance as the lush vegetation covers it from view coming from the village.
