The B&B located in a detached house with independent access from the gate, is separated from the host family.

Guests will be given keys of the flat.

It is a flat composed of a sleeping room, a living room, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

We stayed 4 nights at Villa Giulia with Marco for the Bruce Springsteen concert and to enjoy a few days away. The stay couldn't have been better; Marco proved to be a host attentive to every need and very helpful in supporting us both during the booking phase and throughout our stay. The property is easily accessible by bus from the station and the city center, also suitable for walking around. The room is cozy and equipped with every comfort. It was respectful and necessary to leave a review not for the structure because I did not stay, but for the person who manages the structure. This afternoon at 14:40 I started calling several bed and breakfasts and hotels due to a sudden departure because of a family loss. Among many, I found Villa Giulia, and Marco answered me, a kind, helpful, and professional person. Surely you are wondering why I didn't stay here? One, because they didn't have available rooms and two, because it's too far from the location I need to go. But Marco provided me with I don't know how many numbers of structures closer to the place I need to go. He made sure I found the most suitable solution for me and for my 80-year-old father-in-law whom I have to accompany. Not everyone would have been so helpful without a financial return in exchange. He did it and wanted to know if I had managed to solve everything. So, congratulations Marco, not only for your professionalism but above all for your humanity. There are people who love helping others understanding the difficulties that can be encountered. I promise that the first time I return to Monza for a pleasure trip, my husband and I will contact you and come to visit you. So I can only say that those who book with Marco can only be treated well. I had to fill in the fields by force, entering a non-real check-in and check-out.

Cozy structure, excellent quality/price. The owner is a friendly and extremely helpful person and is a reference point for those coming from outside. I recommend it.

Proprietari gentilissimi disponibilissimi e simpaticissimi. Mettono a loro agio gli ospiti. La struttura è meravigliosa. La pulizia è super ma del resto con dei proprietari così non poteva essere diversamente. Lascio un pezzo del mio cuore qui e se mai dovessi ritornare a Monza verrò solo ed esclusivamente qui.

Ho soggiornato con mio padre per alcuni giorni nel B&B Villa Giulia, via Arno 4, di Monza, ottima struttura dei coniugi Matteucci. L'esperienza è stata molto positiva sia per la cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari, sia per l'ordine, la pulizia delle camere e la tranquillità della zona. Da consigliare. Alessandro.

Ottima struttura. Molto accogliente. Marco e una persona squisita e disponibile. Per il mio utilizzo personale della struttura molto comodo vicino al parco di Monza e il centro raggiungibile sia in macchina che i mezzi pubblici. In più un ipermercato come appoggio da raggiungere facilmente a piedi. Conto di ritornarci.

Ottima struttura gestita da Marco, persona davvero disponibile e gentile che si è fatto in quattro per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Buona posizione, comoda per raggiungere l'autodromo ed il parco di Monza anche con bici (come abbiamo fatto noi) perché c'è una pista ciclabile a pochi metri dal B&B. Assolutamente consigliato.

Abbiamo dormito una notte a Villa Giulia in occasione di un concerto a Monza. Struttura defilata dal centro storico ma ben servita da un mezzo (che però la domenica non circola), è una villetta con vari appartamenti autonomi (il nostro con ingressino, camera, bagno privato, soggiorno, cucinino attrezzato). Ampia, silenziosa, letti comodi, bagno adeguato. Il valore aggiunto è però costituito dal gestore, la cui cortesia e disponibilità è più unica che rara. Prezzo più che equo.

Posto molto tranquillo, ben collegato, pulito, gestito da una persona squisita (marco), sempre molto disponibile, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, lo consiglio a chi ha figli, visto che di spazio ce n'è.
