Nestled in the lush greenery of a gentle, quiet hillside on the outskirts of Como, the Sunset apartment offers a relaxing retreat just minutes from the city center and the shores of the lake. Far from the noise of traffic yet easily accessible, this peaceful spot provides nights illuminated by fireflies and days filled with the melodies of birds and the sounds of nature.

Sunset is one of five independent apartments located within a villa surrounded by a spacious garden. The vibrant greenery features fruit trees, blooming corners, a well-tended vegetable garden, a majestic centuries-old Thuja, and grassy areas for relaxation. Guests also have access to secure private parking.

The accommodation is simple yet well-appointed, designed to ensure comfort and functionality. It includes a bedroom with a double bed (which can be converted into two singles upon request) and two additional pull-out beds. The open-plan living room features a cozy sofa bed and exclusive access to a sunny, private balcony, perfect for enjoying the warm afternoon light. The southwest exposure allows for stunning sunset views right from the bed, and for those who prefer total darkness, blackout electric shutters are available.

The entire apartment is climate-controlled and heated using a modern solar energy system, which is environmentally friendly. All utilities—including hot water, kitchen, lighting, and air conditioning—are powered by the property's photovoltaic system. No combustion systems are used, and there are two charging points for electric and hybrid vehicles available for a small daily fee.

Thanks to its versatility, Sunset can accommodate one person up to a maximum of six guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups. It is recommended to use a private car for easy transportation and to explore the area's beauty: from Como to the surrounding mountains, as well as day trips to destinations like Milan, Verona, the Cinque Terre, Portofino, or Courmayeur.

The owner splits time between Como and London and may personally welcome guests depending on the season. Regardless, there will always be a point of contact: a girl residing at the villa, fluent in English, will be available for any needs, along with other staff in the immediate vicinity.
