The house is also close to large shopping centers, reachable in 10 minutes by car, while smaller shops are no more than 200 meters away.

Those who book the entire Villa (Villa Amabel module) will have access to the two bedrooms (Twin Room + Double Room with Private Bathroom) listed on the website, along with two additional bedrooms (one double room and one twin room). Therefore, the entire "Villa Amabel/Twin Room/Double Room with Private Bathroom" module offers a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms in the sleeping area, extending the apartment to a total area of 170. 00 square meters.

Villa Amabel is surrounded by a vast private garden of 13, 600 square meters and a forest with oak, cherry, acacia, chestnut, birch, fig, elderberry, fern, and other trees. You'll find yourself in the ideal location for spending time outdoors, surrounded by biodiversity and pristine nature.
The villa also boasts ample private parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (exceptional use for a maximum of 2 hours per day given the altitude and proximity to the forest), security systems, and mosquito nets on the windows.
I live in the two-story villa, and during the day I dedicate myself to tending the large garden in the company of my docile and affectionate German Shepherd and cat. So, you can contact me immediately for any needs.
Families with children aged 12 and over are welcome.
