The Accommodation (Included in the base rate) : The booking includes the exclusive use by the registered group of the 160 sqm indoor spaces located on the ground floor of the estate, provided that individual rooms are not being advertised separately.
The Outdoor Area (Premium Service on Request) : The stunning park is meticulously maintained daily by the owner. To privately access and enjoy the equipped outdoor amenities, the optional "Outdoor Experience" package is required (ten euros per day, per person, to be settled directly at the property). If the package is not activated, access to the outdoor facilities and the surrounding garden will remain restricted to guarantee the sustainability of property management.
The Estate and Botanical Park: The residence is a magnificent 160 sqm estate nestled within a 13, 600 sqm private botanical park, placing this accommodation in the elite category of "Glamping Luxury" or "Country House Wellness" stays.
The interior of the property features spacious areas curated down to the finest detail:

• Park Management: The activation of the outdoor package does not restrict the owner's access.
