Description

The Holiday House is placed in the heart of the Ticino Park between Milan and Novara. Just 10 minutes far from Malpensa Airport, 15 minutes from Rho Fiera Milano, 8 minutes from the Magenta's hospital and Railways Station, 2 kilometres far from the tollbooth of the highway MI-TO
The B&B, wich is unattached from the owner's house, is located in a beautiful garden. The room has just been renovated.

It is composed by a bedroom for two people, a little living room (which can become a second bedroom) with a kitchen, equipped of an eletric plate for fast meals, in which you can prepare breakfast, and an indipendent toilet with hair-dryer.

You can even choose a second studio flat also equipped with kitchenette and private toilet, already available with the third bed and an indipendent entry.

100 mt. from "Lago Airone" for the gamer fishing addiced.

Our small and picturesque village offers many chances of amusement leisures. On the Naviglio towpath you can enjoy a stroll, running or pedaling. Bikes' renting is available for everybody.

All small animals are always welcome.

Time arrivals and departures to be agreed.

There is also the possibility to carry from the airports, stations and fairs, but the price has to be agreed.

Breakfast

Typical italian breakfast with a selection of milk, coffee, tea and tisanes with homemadè cakes and sweets. Fridge is always well supplied with yogurt, jam, fruit juices and fresh fruit. You will find also a poket of croissants, rusks, white bread and biscuits. It will be possible to please any gluten intolerance.

International breakfast with eggs and bacon if request.

The history of this village first recalls the role that the Naviglio Grande has played for the Lombards over the centuries.

For this reason, we recommend a visit to the Church of San Giorgio, to see the famous Canonica from 1186 and the fifteenth-century Palazzo Visconti.

Let's not forget: the Celtic Calendar, the Rubone location with its village, and the Cruise on the Naviglio Grande.

I stayed in this BB which offers mini apartments equipped with every accessory in a renovated farmhouse. Very comfortable bed, delicious strudel prepared by the host who, very kind, waited for me until almost midnight. The location is convenient for those who need to reach Malpensa but it is a bit isolated.

Warmful arrival from the host. Big green garden. Possible to park the car inside. Location very convenient close to the highway. Double room: one room very quiet (garden side) with one single bed and one double bed, the other room (less quiet - street side) with one double bed and kitchen, then bathroom. So place for a whole family of 5 without problem. Generous breakfast. I recommend this place.

I booked this property for my family, the apartment is small but equipped with everything necessary, with a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The highlights are definitely the breakfast served in the room, the beautiful garden, and the kindness of the owner.

I have often stayed, for work, at B&B Via Roma and I must say that I have always been very comfortable. Mrs. Roberta is always very friendly and welcoming and every time she offers fantastic breakfasts with delicious homemade cakes. The accommodations are excellent studio apartments with a kitchenette equipped with every comfort, always tidy and clean. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

We stayed here with my family, during the visit to Expo2015.\n\nWe would like to compliment Mrs. Roberta, the owner of the building who kindly welcomed us in the evening upon our arrival.\n\nHospitable and friendly; the welcome with warm apple and chocolate cakes for the kids, homemade. The place is very pleasant and private, with a large garden and the possibility of private parking inside; the apartments, with a kitchen for breakfast, are well furnished with simplicity and good taste. The quality/price ratio is excellent. We will definitely come back for other events, given the strategic location near the highway exit.\n\nWe definitely recommend it.

I would like to compliment Mrs. Roberta, the owner of the building who kindly welcomes the customers. (She welcomed me with warm apple pies made by her upon arrival!). The place is very pleasant and private, the little apartments are well furnished with simplicity and good taste. We stayed here with my boyfriend during a stop on our Easter trip to friends' house. Upon arrival, the exterior facade was a common facade, somewhat worn, but inside our little apartment was wonderful, clean, bright, with pastel colors and the owner brought us an apple strudel freshly baked in the evening. The environment is peaceful, a nice garden with dogs roaming freely, lots of greenery, and children playing. In short, highly recommended.
