The building is a railing building from the 70s with an elevator.
In this building I have 4 apartments - all two-room apartments fully furnished and equipped - for which I make short rents (from a minimum of two days to a maximum of six months).
All the two-room apartments have an equipped kitchen for cooking. They are for exclusive use (not shared).
In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room a double sofa bed. So four places maximum
Near the building there are several free parking spaces, usually there is no parking problem.
The building is located in the middle between two green line underground stops: MM Cologno Centro and MM Cologno Sud. To get to one of the two stops it takes three minutes on foot
In the immediate vicinity there are all possible services.
The apartments are managed by my grandchildren: Federico and Margherita.

Slightly different experience from the one presented in the other reviews: 3 nights with only 3 towels, only one roll of toilet paper, the sheets were ruined, the coffee maker unusable unless you practically washed it for 15 minutes, non-existent heating (non-functioning air conditioner), remote control with non-working batteries held together with adhesive tape, wobbly TV and, when we managed to turn it on with the rear buttons, we discovered that half of the channels were missing.

There are some small differences between the photos and reality. The lighter to turn on the stove was missing, the soap dispenser was broken, the shower gel bottles were missing, and the passing subway trains are a bit annoying.
